spent over 4 hours of our time (2 days). the buying process needs to be streamlined to significantly reduce the buyers time to purchase a vehicle. percy made many many trips back and forth between the customer and manager (totally unnecessary).i also feel like they keep your trade keys hostage. the should be returned to the customer immediately after verifying milage and vin. these are the things that make this process less than good.

Chris and the team at Beaver Chevrolet were great! I sent in an email to look at a truck that just hit the lot and I had a video shortly after and was able to look at the truck the same afternoon. Chris and the rest of the team were super friendly and made the experience seamless and enjoyable. I drove in from 2+ hours away and had a great experience. I would buy from them again.

Chris was great. Had the vehicle I wanted at the right price. Tore was great working out the financing. Was in and out in 90 minutes including the test drive.
