Meet John Ivey

Took my truck in for regular service. John Ivy was very professional and helpful. We had a little problem with the service on my truck, but John had it taken care of immediately. I understand things happen. Good service is when you are taken care of immediately after the issue. I will certainly be using Beaver Chevrolet in the future for my service needs.

Very bad service, they would not take my chevy rewards stating they had already invoiced the service, I had stated when I arrived I was using my rewards, they also want to keep your car for 5 days for a simple diagnostic procedure, just pure bull.
