I tried to buy a Dodge caravan that was perfect for my disability but was told it was sold. Then I kept seeing it for sale on their site and on cars.com. I still don't know if it was sold or not.

My review coped from another review site because 2026 dead Truck still sits in my driveway... If I could give them 0 stars I would. This lot is super friendly as they take your hard earned money and sell you a patched up vehicle that may run for a week and then die in catastrophic ways. They especially love and laugh when they cheat poorer people like single mothers, and school staff and the like. I purchased a Ford pickup from them last November (as is). Within the first week the transmission went out. One day after I got the truck back the engine started smoking and I found the Diesel with only 30,000 miles on it needed $1800.00 in (Cab off) repairers. But before I could get it to the shop the immobility system shut down making the truck a "Lawn ornament" Well at least I can start it and keep it up....wait nope the electrical system shut down. (I would have to pull the cab to find the bad wires.) Yep this truck looked like a great deal. but it only was for them. It was patched up to look like it was good during the few days of test driving and initial look over by a mechanic. When you purchase from here unless you are a Mechanic Don't do it You will just spend the money later, or just be with out. Their response is "you purchased it 'as is'" and "We don't know we just purchase them from the auction clean them up and resell them. " If that's really true I have a truck to sell you. (yes the one I purchased from them.) This kind of lot should not be allowed to operate. Buyer Beware, go somewhere else.

My experience with this dealership has been nothing but a head ache for myself, my family, my friends, and even my clients. The frustration around the truck I thought I was buying is unending. I put two thousand dollars down on a truck I thought was in decent condition, and after six weeks of zero communication I decided to return the truck since I didn't have a loan still, and now they wont give me my down payment back and have even threatened to charge me for the repairs that should have been done before it was sold. I drove the truck home mid September after being pre-approved for a loan. Since the day I got it home it has been nothing but problems. The oil was black, and the oil filter was dated 12/31/24 so it was a year old and they didn't do an oil change. So, I changed the oil ($70+). I also installed a new battery since it was sold with an old battery that had sat for too long ($389.99) - that was the first week I bought it. Then I noticed that the brights were flipped, so if I wanted my DRLs I had to technically turn the brights to "on" to turn them off. Then the transmission started getting sticky. Then it started blowing white/blue/black smoke out the exhaust on start up every time I started it. Then I started adding oil....I had to add 7+qts of oil in three weeks. I've added gallons of coolant to the overflow and it keeps disappearing. So, since I still didnt have a loan and no one had called me back any of the 13 times I called, I returned it. They told me I couldnt come in until 4pm, so I took the entire day off work to take this truck back, just for them to tell me that I damaged the truck and now it needs an inspection and even threatened to make me pay for the repairs their truck needs and pay per mile that I put on the truck, which is approximately 2500 miles. I drive a lot for work, I run my own business, and I'm out close to a thousand dollars for taking the day off work. They also refused to come pick the truck up. I will not be paying to fix a truck I have already been fixing that isnt mine, and if it needs escalated beyond just my down-payment back then they can buy that battery and all the oil and the fuel treatment that I've put into it. Please do not buy from here. Its all games.

They want your money and then they treat you like crap they got me for $12,000 sold me a junk car pages and pages of repairs needed and they said it was good to go. All you can do is take them for their word. Before you take that car home and there to stop to get you. Please take my advice. Don't buy from these people. Trust me, no matter how good the car looks, it will be garbage run run far far away

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I genuinely feel that every potential consumer needs to understand a horrible quality of vehicle that this dealership is selling and their genuine lack of integrity. I disregarded the reviews and even ignored my banks warning about their reviews. Now, six months later the $8000 car I purchased has cost me another $4000 in repairs and won’t pass emissions. I’m being advised by mechanics to dump it and take whatever I’ll get from salvage rather than stick more money in it. I’m embarrassed by my own judgment in this purchase and extremely disappointed in the integrity of this dealership. Save yourself. Do not waste your money here. I will be posting on every possible site that I can to protect the next consumer from my mistake.
