They had a great inventory and they’re service dep

I was wanting to trade my truck in for a smaller 4 wheel drive, and I was able to get what I wanted ! Day was great and everyone there was great! I was very satisfied with everything they did for me. I would recommend them to everyone!!!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE. GREAT PEOPLE

I can't say enough good about this dealership. I had a pretty cut and dry car buying experience however everyone was very nice, and we were in and out in no time. Rob Boltz was wonderful, helpful and very nice. Definitely will return when the time comes.

Great Service and Staff

The staff was extremely helpful with the break down of what was worked on the car and answered all my questions. Wait time wasn’t long at all. I love coming here.

Awesome service!

Awesome service! I called for an oil change and they worked me in within 2 hours. When I got there I mentioned another abnormal noise. They investigated and found an bulletin on the problem I had and fixed it while.I was there (under warranty). Only charged for the oil change.

Forgot my pass word

I was in to have a heater hose replaced I was informed

I was in to have a heater hose replaced I was informed that a major deconstruction and reconstruction would be necessary. The cost seems outrageous but, when I was informed by the service department that they would not guarantee their work I was at a loss and now have no way to have my vehicle repaired by your dealership.

Scheduled Maintenance Visit

I had my first 5000 mile maintenance performed on my Frontier and the service team took great care of me. I was checked in right at my appointment time and I was kept informed of the progress of the service until it was completed. Adding in the very comfortable waiting area to my visit made the entire experience excellent in all aspects. The complimentary wash topped everything off just right.

Once again John Legg and George Simmons worked hard to get me into the right car for me. I’ve bought multiple cars from John and he’s always upfront and real. He’s in Finance now so, George is my car dude now. THEY NEVER TREAT ME LIKE JUST ANOTHER SALE, I’m always treated like family, honored, respected, and cared for.

Best Nissan Dealer in East TN

In the last 3 years I have purchased 2 vehicles from Rusty Wallace Nissan. They are a pleasure to deal with, and their service dept is top notch. If you’re looking for a new Nissan in east Tn, I doubt you’ll find a better deal at any other dealer. Ask for Big John, he’s great! Knowledgeable about what he sells and not pushy.
