This has been the easiest process ever for me to buy a

This has been the easiest process ever for me to buy a car. Malcolm Kay, the sales manager, helped me complete as much as possible and get approval the day before. Quan Sturdivant, the Salesman, delivered exceptional customer service and was quick with paperwork. Joshua Vargas, the Finance Manager, was efficient and knowledgeable about completing the finance paperwork. I have no complaints!

Mr Louis Martinez recently helped me purchase a Silverado EV. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure he explained all of the features and benefits of going electric with Chevrolet. this was the first time ever going into a dealership

this was the first time ever going into a dealership where the guy that was helping me walked me step by step on everything that was going on and did not leave me in the dark he was very nice and respectful ....everyone was great 👍

We were affected by the hurricane and deplaced from our

We were affected by the hurricane and deplaced from our home. I am a teacher and have to return to school and needed to charge my chevy blazer that I purchased near my home. We have no power there. This dealership refused to let me charge my car there. Saying it was for their customers only! What happened to Chevy strong!

I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Traverse from this company

I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Traverse from this company back in 2021. I recently traded that in at a VW dealership for a new car. When I traded in the traverse, I was told that I could seek reimbursement for the extended warranty I had purchased with the car back in 2021. I went through the process, and it was simple at first. I was told I would be getting a substantial amount of money back for the warranty. I was told this process could take 6-8 weeks, so I was pleasantly surprised when the check arrived within a month. However, when I went to deposit the check into my bank, my bank rejected the check as it was in a different last name than the bank account. This rejection was learned of in mid-April. Understanding this was my fault, I reached out to South Charlotte Chevrolet to get this resolved. I have spoken to numerous people who respond with the same line "we will look into it and get back to you". The original check was sent to me at the end of March / beginning of April. I got the notice from my bank on April 15th and have been trying to get the check reissued since then. It has been 4 months now. I have lost track of the number of times I have called the company and left messages. Most times, when the receptionist transfers me, I get sent to a voice mail box that is full and cannot accept messages. I have called and called, left message after message and NO ONE has gotten back to me. I am at my wits end here as I just want the money that is owed to me IMMEDIATELY.

Went in to possibly upgrade my Chevy equinox and left

Went in to possibly upgrade my Chevy equinox and left with a brand new 2024 Chevy Traverse. Process was a little lengthy but Louis was excellent in his customer service and knowledge of the vehicle. I have been going to South Charlotte Chevy for years and will continue due to the amazing experiences I always have. Thank you South Charlotte Chevy and Louis for my brand new car!
