This facility has the best customer service. We were treated respectfully and my problem was solved the same day I took it in. The wait time was much less than other dealers in the area. I will definitely take my vehicles here for all repairs!

I can't believe I'm writing this review.

I can't believe I'm writing a glowing review of a car dealership. But here goes......Hands down the best place to purchase a Jeep. Just bought a rare 2021 Jeep 392 Rubicon. Very hard to come by. I did just what the TV ad said and went right to Jay. Without hesitation he ordered me one. Other dealers were charging 10 to 20 thousand over sticker...Not Jay. Like his ad says "Come see me Jay...Don't overpay". I did (see Jay) and I didn't overpay. I picked this beast of a Jeep up yesterday and could not be happier. From the moment I walked in yesterday I was treated like I was the only customer in the store...Yet the store was really busy. Aside from Jay I dealt with Ray Powers the service manager. He could not have been nicer. Rare for a service manager to be so nice and knowledgeable. Nothing that I needed. done to the new Jeep was an issue and was done right away. As far as the delivery went Big Mike got me on the road knowing everything I needed to know about my new Jeep. He signed me up on the spot for free Sirius, U Connect and Jeep Wave. All in all I have bought at least 20 cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience ever. Oh...I forgot to mention this place is state of the art. One last thing that my wife noticed....2 people were running around cleaning off the seats and and tables throughout the dealership. They are taking Covid seriously. Thank you Jay, Ray, Big Mike. Also thanks to Joe A. who was out sick yesterday. Thanks for keeping me up to date on the build process.

We had an unsatisfactory oil change done on our 2019 Ram,...

We had an unsatisfactory oil change done on our 2019 Ram, oil all over the driveway. Had to have the truck towed in order to avoid any damage. Still, have not heard back from Ray Powers, service manager about discrepancy of the bill.

Sale was ok. Registration paperwork was a nightmare. Trying to get your Miami office to correct the mistake took weeks, daily trip to get registration corrected

I have wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a long time now....

I have wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a long time now. I had visited the dealership back in January and met Steven. We weren’t able to make a deal then but I told Steven I would be back. I contacted him when I saw this Jeep and he ended up coming in on his day off to help me, amazing! Kimberly Vinals was patient & an expert with the finalizing the paperwork! Very knowledgeable and really worked with me on the warranty package. I could not believe I left with they car I had been dreaming of for so long!!!

When I brought my wifes van in for a steering wheel air...

When I brought my wifes van in for a steering wheel air bag check, I told the service writer and his helper, to leave the hood down and don't touch a thing in the van except the steering wheel. That didn't happen. They hooked a scanner up to it and said it needed plugs and a timing belt. If they had checked their records, they would have seen I had it replaced there three months ago.I realize you are try to help the service dept. make money, but you need to listen to the customer on in awhile. Having used your service dept. before, I can say there's not a better one around. I worked for Pontiac motor div. for 28 yrs., and have owned our repair shop for 11yrs. Thanks for listening. Larry
