I was happy with my requested service, however i was confused when I requested a front end alignment and the service writer wanted to schedule a 4 wheel alignment on a Ram 1500 rear wheel drive truck. this has a solid rear axle and there is no way to do a rear wheel alignment on this vehicle. ( I did check this out) otherwise I was satisfied with my service.

Very satisfied with customer service at this dealership. Service has been performed in time indicated and they provided estimate of cost for approval before starting work.

I brought in my Grand Cherokee for an oil change and to investigate a leak. After 5 hours, I was told there’s no leak, that it must just be residual liquid dripping down. However there is in fact a leak as I still have drops of fluid continuing to drop / stain my garage floor.

This was my second experience with this dealership and it was just as pleasurable as my first visit. All employees are very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Juan was awesome!
