The buying experience was effortless. If you have never been to AutoNation ford Delray you should. They give you a sheet they call a smart choice menu, they show you the market savings price up front so you don't have to ask for a discount, then they show you your actual trade amount, then they show you all of your rebates and your finance and lease options. Everything is in black and white no guessing. At 60 years of age I have bought and leased many cars for myself, kids, and my wife, but I must say I wish they were all from AutoNation

Cheryl Dempsey is the most amazing and helpful sales...

Cheryl Dempsey is the most amazing and helpful sales person I have ever had the chance to work with. She is very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I can not imagine a better person to have worked with in purchasing my new car. Hands down I will be going back to see her for futures cars! Thank you Cheryl for the wonderful experience!

This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. My salesman Scott was very courteous and helpful when I went in to purchase my new car. He was polite and patient. I got a great deal and I didn't feel like they were trying to trick me with extra fees. I left very happy and with a full tank of gas. I recommend this place to everyone.

My wife and myself came in looking for a hybrid. Cheryl showed us the Ford Fusion and gave us the information we asked for. After researching the information that night we made a second visit and ordered the car. The whole buying experience was great. The wife (her car)is very happy. We have the SE package and and she has personalized everything to her liking. Thanks for making her happy.

From the moment I first contacted Maroone Ford to me...

From the moment I first contacted Maroone Ford to me driving home a new (used) vehicle, I experienced nothing but the best example of what customer service should be. I originally went in looking for a Ford Escape, but there was none available at this particular location. Bret Hunter went out of his way, along with all the other personnel involved, to locate the type of vehicle I wanted, at a price that would fit my budget. Bret located a Buick Rendezvous that fulfilled every requirement that I needed in a vehicle, AT A PRICE THAT WAS LOWER THAN I EXPECTED. I am completely happy with this purchase. Also, the follow-up "after the sale" from Bret and Mike Costanza (General Manager) has been great. I have no regrets.... and a lot of appreciation for what they did for me. The experience was great! We decided to look at the Edge...

The experience was great! We decided to look at the Edge and found a demo with everything we wanted and the price was too good to pass on. Pristine inside and out. took a while to finalize the sale (that is always the case anywhere) but drove off with a new car, exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted.

My experience with Maroone Ford was one of the best I...

My experience with Maroone Ford was one of the best I have had with a car dealer. My previous experience with a different Ford Deal in Lake Worth, FL. was horrible, especially with that dealer's service department. The people I worked with at Maroone, Joe, Cheryl, Tim and Peter were interested in making sure I was satisfied with everything. The orignal car I had settled on had failure of it's hands-free entertainment and phone system. They swapped out that car for an identical model with no hesitation or hassle. I would recommend Maroone Ford of DelRay without hesitation.

What's the point in making appointments at this...

What's the point in making appointments at this dealership. My appt was for noon and I was not seen by a service agent until 12:25. After meeting with the service agent it took almost another 15 minutes to discuss why I was there. However when making the appt my concerns were discussed and noted for my visit. When you pull up to the service area you are left by your car. No one is there to greet nor signs to direct you to someone. After given a time frame of 45 minutes for service I ended up being there for 2 and 1/2 hours leaving with just an oil change and the other two things not looked at. I was not informed thoughout the process of what was taking so long even after asking a few times for assistance and information. I was told they were very busy however when I looked around employees were on their phones texting and talking. Really busy? I will not go back to this dealership again.

This is by far the best Ford dealership in the South...

This is by far the best Ford dealership in the South Florida area. I speak from experience since I dealt with nearly all of them in my search for a car. They are honest, helpful, courteous and friendly. They make the customer feel welcome and appreciated.The person i dealt with; Cheryl Coppola was top notch. She managed to find the exact car I wanted within the price range i needed. During the process i became ill and she kept the vehicle on hold for me and patiently waited until i got better. Cheryl Coppola is the best! This dealership is composed of hard-working dedicated professionals who make the car purchasing experience pleasant and even fun. I give them my top recommendation.
