Straightforward, customer friendly
We were quickly served by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Brian was able to quickly identify the cars we were interested in, gave us the space we needed to consider our options and was able to pull figures together quickly. Daniel pulled the financing together quickly and efficiently. Car buying is usually a drag, but these guys made it painless.

Nice team
The sales team were very nice and helped us with everything we needed. The service department was sub par and had us leave with a broken seat and not so clean vehicles. If you purchase a ew vehicle, you would probably have a very nice experience.

recall service
My new call had a recall on the seat belt for the middle second row seat. They had to order a special part for my car. When the part came in they promptly called to give me an expedited appointment th ework was done fast and efficient.

On my latest service visit I dealt with the service manager named Mike. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of my service record and even suggested some service that I was not aware was free. He kept me advised of the progress of work being performed.

Top Notch Service
I purchased my vehicle at CarMax but go to Darcars Kia for servicing since it's a Kia. I am very pleased with the 5 star service I receive when I take my car for servicing. The service team is very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. They both know who I am when I walk in and what I'm there for. I love the amenities they off during your wait time and that you can choose to get your car washed after servicing your vehicle. Darcars blows Bill Baisey out of the water. Keep up the excellent work Darcars Kia Team.

Awesome and helpful staff
This was my first experience in buying a car from KIA of Frederick. Austin was an excellent and helpful salesperson. He showed me many of the details of the 2019 KIA minivan. He even programmed my phone to work through the cars system. The financial officer and the General Manager also very helpful. They expedited my buying experience which was very helpful to me because I am recovering from a severe car accident. The financial officer also gave me advise on how to handle my existing vanity tags from my totaled car. This was very helpful because one tag was missing as a result of the accident.
