Had me in and out in no time for the drivers side door window motor after getting part in from it being ordered was great service.

I stopped at Darcars Kia to consider replacing the vehicle I was currently leasing with a Kia and walked away owning a new Sedona. To say that I "dislike" car shopping is an understatement, but to say that Brian and David made this a car shopping experience like no other cannot be overstated. Brian knew the details of the Kia inside and out, patiently answered any and all questions, and checked back with me to verify that everything was "running smoothly," reaffirming that if I had any further questions, all I had to do was pick up the phone, or just stop in. David worked until he had a financial plan that fit within my budget, making this process seamless and comfortable. Because of their caring about their customers, I may not wait 10 years to replace my vehicle.

Had an exhaust leak in my 2015 Kia Soul (fortunately the warranty covered it). I dropped my car off the night before the scheduled service. First thing the next morning the service department called to let me know what they'd found. The part required wasn't in stock and had to be ordered, so it meant that my car had to be in the shop for an extra day. I was given a rental car for the next day, asked if I'd like a complimentary car wash (of course I would) and was kept informed of the progress every step of the way. I've never had a better customer service experience.
