Best car buying experience ever. There are three dealerships closer to me, but I drove an hour for my 2018 CX5. Continued to service my car there and found a beautiful 2020 Mazda 3 just waiting for me. Shane is honest and so willing to explain every detail.

Steet-Ponte Mazda is hands down, the best dealership in my car buying experience. Over the past six years, I've dealt with 10+ dealerships to purchase a vehicle for myself, family, and friends. Rick Z and Shane made the buying process as simple as possible. When I called the Sales department, my call went straight to Rick Z, the general manager. He was calm and made a detailed note of what I had in mind. After a couple of hours, he returned to me with a very reasonable quote for 2020 CX-30 preferred and put me in touch with Shane. From that point, Shane took the time and effort to put together all the paperwork. We spent less than 40 mins in the dealership to sign everything and take delivery of the vehicle. I wish other dealerships take this route of being reasonable and making the car buying experience a joy instead of pain. We drove 2 hours from the capital district to buy a car from Steet-Ponte, which says a lot! We would love to take our vehicles here for service if they were closer to us!
