Reviews
Write a reviewWhen you buy a used vehicle, you are hoping for a level of trust. That is not what you will get with this dealer. I foolishly trusted that when the A/C did not work and Omar was quick to say the freon was low, I believed him. He was quick to recharge the system and it did work. However, there is a slow leak in the coil. He had to know this. This will be an $1800 repair. When I reached out to Omar, and I was very straight forward, he blocked my phone number and would not reply to emails. This is not a reputable business. Do not be fooled by his pleasant manner and do not take his word at face value. In the end, I bought the truck and it is my fault, but the dishonesty and lack of response is all his.

This dealership was very easy to work with. The communication was clear and the seller was very accommodating. They were honest and willing to repair a few issues I had seen on with the car. All my questions were answered and it was done professionally and politely. I recommend this dealership!

After a 2-3 week search up north near DC and down south I found Autotrend and Trucks. I was hesitant to buy a car from this dealer due to its low ratings. However I was pleasantly surprised when i got there. They were upbeat and courteous to me. I never felt any pressure to buy. I saw a car for a great deal and wondered what was wrong with it. Took it to my mechanic and he said the car just need a few maintenance things done and it would be good to go. which was great in this economy!! Needless to say I recommended Autotrend and trucks. they need a bigger lot but they have the best price vehicles I have seen anywhere!! I am enjoying my new used car very much!

DO NOT BUY MY OLD CAR! 2004 Pontiac Bonneville GXP VIN: 1G2HZ54Y74U245855 Unless they fixed the rust issues (highly doubt!) this car is an UNSAFE rot box to be driving which is why I got rid of it, and the dealer I traded it into sent it to auction! Both rear strut tower areas are cracking from rust, and there’s a hole under the front. Run!!

This guy bought a 1989 Corolla GTS from someone near Virginia Beach that i was watching for $3500, and is now trying to sell it for almost $9k after doing NO service, maitenence or changes to the vehicle. For gods sake the seat is still ripped, and the median price for a clean version is $5k. Dont get scammed. Outright Stealership.

Drove nearly 2hrs to test drive and purchase a car and they sold it to someone else right in front of me. Poor customer service. Bad business.

I called to make appointment to test drive a used vehicle. The car was available so I took a trip and test drove it. Not even 2 weeks later started having issues with it. I even purchased the carfax that stayed the car had clean title and no accidents. Spent 5,000 on a car that no one knows what is wrong with it. Took it to 3 different places and still no answers. Called them to see what they could do and they pretty much said can’t return it because it was AS IS. Do not trust them they are not honest and they are not doing anything to make it right. Who has 5,000 just to throw away with everything going on. I was told the owner would call me but never heard from the owner.

Omar has zero integrity. He really lives up to the sleazy used car salesman stereotype. Auto trends will sell you a car will any number of issues without disclosure. They’re racking up some seriously bad karma. Save yourself the headache and the money and go elsewhere.

Bought a 2010 cadillac for my daughter. When we pulled out of the lot two different times the check engine light came on. Almar reset the code and said it was not a big deal , just the knock sensor.Well it turned out to be a big deal as the knock sensor was detecting a knock because the lower rod bearing was bad. After 3000 miles the engine finally went after we had a couple of issues with the engine running real rough.Had to tow it to a garage the second time. The mechanic said the first thing he noticed was that the knock sensor was unplugged , which he says was done with the hope the the check engine light would stop coming on.he took it for a ride and got under the car and said the the rod bearing was gone and that the engine needed to be replaced. Called the dealer back and was told that there was nothing they could do. I wouldn't be so mad if the engine had just gone with no warnings, but they knew there was a problem as the check engine light kept coming on and someone had unplugged the knock sensor.3 different mechanics that I spoke with all said that the dealer knew that there was a pre existing problem and said that more than likely the put and additive in the oil to keep the engine quiet. STAY AWAY
