Well I didnt have an appointment , I walked in in the middle of the day. He said the guys went to lunch will be back in 25 min and in 1 he I was walking... out satisfied . Oil change , inspection and tire rotation . I only knew I needed the oil change thank God he noticed the other things I needed . Thx guys .
Service department does not know what they are doing. I was charged for service work that was not done and the car is under a bumper to bumper warranty.... They can't find the problem, so l had to not only pay and will not refund the money until they can find the cause. This makes no sense to me. Its not my problem thst their mechanics can't do their job. I obviously have a leak in my a/c. It wouldnt even turn on. They told me they put dye and freon in it and l had to pay $210. They bring the car around, its still wont turn on and is blowing hot air. I go back in and ask how did they test it if they didnt put the dye and freon in. I said no they did not. When he realized they didnt do it, they said it was an oversite when l asked what they did do for the $210? I also questioned how they were able to check for the leak if the dye wasn't in it. Now l have to drive a car with a leaking a/c unit, hope it holds until l take it back for a recheck tying up my time and the vehicle for who knows how long and how many trips back to the dealer. Not what l paid $57,000 for. I have very serious doubts about buying another GM product if their own people can't do service and repairs.

There were a few minor issues that were handle very professionally and in a timely fashion. They went so far as to have the salesman meet me at the DMV... to put dealer plates on my trade in. Great customer service.
