We are from Colorado and were in Utah seeing some grandchildren. The water pump and radiator went out in our GMC Sierra Denali. Brittany Holt at National GMC fit us into the shop’s busy schedule and we were able to get the repairs completed and were on our way home the next day. She is a professional service advisor and she and the team deserve a 5 star rating. Completely first class customer service. Thank you, Brittany!

I had my truck serviced here today. These folks are awesome! JD is amazing. He checked me in and got things rolling right away. He’s professional and knows exactly what needed to be done before I had to ask. He kept me updated, via text messages every step of the way! I won’t use any other dealership or service provider.

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. They told me I needed a filter next thing I know I have a bill for $300 what a rip off. Next day I get my carfax report I hadn't filled my tires that were down a little because I was bringing it in for a rotation. I looked at my carfax it said they hadn't even done it. What other work do they say they do and don't. How many people have they ripped off?

I took it is for a oil change and tire rotation. They told me my air filter was dirty next thing I know I have a bill for $300 ridiculous. I talked to them about it they said they'd look into it. I get a text saying my case was closed without 1 person talking to me. When I bought it I was paying with a cashier check they tried to talk me into financing it so they could get a bigger bonus. what person would want to go to that hassle? Don't trust them

Be careful if you choose to deal with this auto group. Look at the reviews , it tells you all you need to know about their reputation and business ethics which are lousy. Glad I don’t need to purchase a vehicle from them. Tried to lower the purchase price of a truck I was selling after we settled on a price. Walk away! I got a great deal on a truck from a reputable and professional auto group !

*** DECEPTIVE PRICING TACTICS *** Contacted this dealer to inquire about a vehicle they had listed on CarGurus - after 24 hours of back and forth trying to negotiate a deal, they informed me that their online price included a $3,500 "rebate" for financing the vehicle with them and that the price would go up by $3,500 if I chose not to finance with them... On top of that, the truck in question is $10,000 OVER dealer book value! Meaning, their own finance department would require $10k down just for it to fit within a 120% LTV cap... ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!!!!! Don't buy from dealers that play games with their prices. The price listed should be the price regardless of how you choose to pay.

I was not going to write this review but they went out of their way and earned every bit of a 1 star review from their service department. I think it's important that other customers know what to expect when they decide to do business here. I had 2 different vehicles that I brought in for service and the exact same thing happened twice. First I had to wait 2 weeks just to get the appointment and when I dropped it off it wasnt being dropped off to work on it, it was being dropped off the sit there for 3 weeks. I had to handle my own rental car arrangements and pay for and get reimbursed from General Motors. I had to pay out of pocket for some items that weren't covered but the warranty (programming) which I understand that. The programming issues that I paid for didnt even get fixed and are still a problem. I called in and asked for the owner who told me he would get right on it with the service manager and I never heard a word back from him or anyone else. I heard excuses like out techs quit or called in sick and anything else that they wanted to blame it on. After a month of it being there I finally got it back. Vehicle 2, thought I would give them another chance. Once again set the appointment for a week and a half later and dropped it off for the appointment and here we go again. No call backs about what was going on so I made numerous phone calls to see what was going on after a week of it sitting there. I told then what I thought it was but I'm not a mechanic. They diagnosed it and changed the front cv axle and we picked it up after 2 weeks and the problem wasnt fixed so we took it right back. Spent $800 on that trip. They then put it on me that they replaced what I THOUGHT was wrong with it (once again, I'm not the mechanic that diagnosed it) Turns out it was a rear wheel barring and back brakes making the noise that they heard the first time they looked at it. Here goes another $1200 to fix that part. That car was there for 6 weeks total and once again they blamed it on techs quitting and calling in sick and I am the one that had to continued to call back multiple times to get an update. After no returned calls I drove in to the dealership to ask them why they would call me back and what is going on. They never held themselves accountable for any of the issues and simply didnt care about taking care of the issues which I paid for again. Go here at your own risk and expect your car to sit there for a month and dont expect any communication from anyone there. Lesson learned after the 2nd chance.

RUN FAR AWAY! I have purchased 3 new cars at 3 different dealers in the last 6 years and I was shocked by how terrible these guys are as it was like walking into a frat house where no one knew what they were doing! Lucky for them I needed a new truck for business tax purposes so I should be an easier customer but upon first arriving the salesman who was working with me didn't have a clue what they were doing and I had to rely on Google info the whole time. Every question I asked on the test drive was answered with "Don't quote me on that", of which you will sign a document at the end when you buy it that literally says anything you were verbally told is void. Next when we went to the desk to talk pricing they presented the worst offer out of all of the dealers I went to including an interest rate that was TWICE any of the other GMC dealers and tried to include a pre payoff penalty. So naturally after letting them know I was going to check other dealers to compare the sales manager took the paperwork he gave me with the info we talked about on it and said if you are going somewhere else then we aren't going to try and help you at all. I have never seen this before as forgive me for being a consumer. Sure enough, Provo Cadillac and GMC was TEN TIMES better to work with but had very low inventory (I can see why because why would anyone go to National) and they didn't have the color of truck I was looking for but agreed to ship one down from Northern Utah at half the interest rate of National GMC and for a better price while joking I could keep the paperwork they gave me after said I would think about it since I was leaving town. Since National GMC had the truck in stock, the color I needed and I was on a timeline before the end of the year I battled back and forth with the frat boys and finally got the same interest rate for a couple hundred dollars less than Provo. What an exhausting process this was! There is more! Now after going through the formalities to purchase the vehicle they need to take my license to go and make a copy of it which is understandable, however, when it was all said and done they forgot to ever give it back leaving me with no license on my trip since I had to go out of town that night! Next, talking to the finance guy was like talking to a wall as he didn't say much or anything and so if you didn't ask then he wasn't going to go through it with you. Now as I go out to drive away in the new truck it was simply no more than someone handing me the key and walking away. Nobody went through any of the internal features or buttons or maintenance or anything! I might as well have bought it from a vending machine. So I ended up driving back to the service center there and asked those guys if they would go through it with me since I guess that isn't something they do when they sell vehicles there and they were nice enough to. I bought the truck later in the day so unfortunately I couldn't see that the truck had SEVERE micro scratches ALL OVER IT as they do not take care of their new inventory at all. This resulted in me paying my detail guy over $2000 to have him restore the paint and he was shocked how bad a brand new vehicles paint could look. Ironically they will spam you with multiple "how did we do" emails after your purchase including the GM trying to make you feel important but don't both as they are never there and after making 4 calls to them I still have heard nothing back. GMC should strip this dealer away from it's current ownership as it it really shines a terrible light on them as a company and again this is after having bought a vehicle from Toyota and Land Rover in the past few years and visited multiple different dealerships in the process. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AND IF NECESSARY GO TO THE CADILLAC GMC DEALER IN PROVO!

Beware this band of ethics challenged crooks- theft of down payment, added a never-mentioned unauthorized expensive warranty contract to pad financing, I experienced lies and bad faith. BE SURE to go over all paperwork with a fine tooth comb.
