Avoid this dealership at all costs and especially avoid the sales manager Christopher Keen. He’s the shadiest one of the group. I drove 600 miles to buy a 2014 Sierra 1500 awhile back. I went to get license plates and I was looking over the bill of sale and it looks like I was charged $300 to etch the glass on the truck. The salesman didn’t mention that when I asked for a breakdown of the total amount financed. That's pretty expensive for something I could have done with a $20 kit off Amazon even though I don't see the benefits of it at all and was never asked whether I wanted it or not. On top of the $550 doc fee it looks like all but $150 of my $1000 down payment went to a bunch of nonsense. Especially considering the copies of the documents the flash drive I was given aren’t even legible. After looking at the reviews of the dealership online it seems as though they’re known for shady dealings. The truck was filthy after I waited an hour for the detail guy to “clean it up” which conveniently masked all of the dents, dings and scratches. On top of that the driver side headlight was full of moisture but I had to get home so I didn’t even bother trying trying to get them to repair or replace it at that time. That was a mistake. I’ve given them the chance to make it right but they insist that I bring the truck back (600 miles) so they can detail it again. Like that’s the thing I’m worried about.

Don’t deserve a positive star! If you buy a vehicle from this dealer be very leery of every thing they say. . Read, read, read your contract very carefully for things they sneak in. Like extended warranties and service contracts. Finally got our money back after three months. Lesson learned, but will never buy from them again

your guys. I got top dollar for my trade-in ($6000 higher than another dealer offered). If you are considering buying a truck before the end of the year, now is the time to purchase. TOns of rebates. I've been following the truck I wanted daily for the past 5 months and was able to get a 2020 cheaper than a used 2019. Go figure! Totally recommend National Buick GMC and love my new 2020 GMC Sierra!

This dealership has a crazy amount of truck inventory! They had everything and were more than happy to show me around all the options and explain everything from financing to differences between the models! I would highly recommend asking for Ryan! He made everything super easy!

I got a 2017 Ford F-150 and I had a great experience. I worked with Mike at he was a lot of fun to work with. He gave my kids candy so we could work out a deal and I will say that was a first!

I live in Idaho so car buying is a little more complicated, But they took over a month to send the appropriate documents to my nearest DMV so i could register the truck that i bought. Even then, they still screwed something up, now i have to pay extra for a temp tag, cause they couldn't get all their ducks in a row in a timely fashion. Thanks for wasting my time and money
