I scheduled an appointment to meet with the sales person for 11 AM. I arrived at 11:02 AM on the dot running late due to traffic. I was invited to sit in the waiting area and that someone would see me. I waited till 1130 and then walked out the door. I had cash in hand and was ready to test drive the vehicle and purchase it and also work with them on a trade-in with my car. No one has ever reached out to me, no one has contacted me back after I filed a complaint. It’s really like some kind of machine. I can’t recommend this company to anyone. This was not a pleasant experience, and I was not treated with courtesy. when a person makes an appointment you honor it. Their time is important to them as much as yours.

Very dissatisfied with this dealership. Paid $299 to have this car shipped in it was dirty an had scratches that could have been repaired but wasn’t. Inside was also dirty. I would have bought this car if it had been cleaned and detailed. Don’t pay to have a car shipped they just want to make a sale.
