This was our first time using CarMax and it was perfect. Shipping of the vehicle was very reasonable. The 24 hour test drive was a major selling point for us. The upfront pricing alleviated the stress of negotiating. Financing was easy. No negative impressions throughout my buying experience.

The experience was pretty good. The paperwork went fairly quickly. There was a problem with the center console door not being attached which should have been discovered during the “extensive” inspection, prior to my arrival. They’re fixing the problem free of charge.
