I bought a new Ram 2500, but the steering is misaligned
I bought a new Ram 2500, but the steering is misaligned and the interior is dirty. I contacted the seller and we arranged to take it in on Saturday the 18th to get it fixed. I waited 4 hours for the car to be fixed, but nothing was done. Today, Monday the 20th, I took it to my trusted mechanic to solve the problem that the dealership itself can't solve because they don't have competent people and they also pay to clean the roof. It's absurd to buy a new car and come back with problems.

Chris was super helpful and he kept me in the loop of everything that was going on with the horribly built transmission that failed after 21,000 miles. The rental was a great touch and extending it was really helpful since I travel a ton. Will definitely go back to work with him again!!!! Great customer service for sure!

Sales team made a deal in bad faith.
Sales team made a deal in bad faith. Dealt with salesperson Cody and sales manager Joel. Told me one thing at time of purchase to make the deal happen then stuck me with a high bill weeks later. Trying to get a hold of someone to clear up this matter has been a full time job. One manager passes me on to another and then don't hear from them. Jacquin asked me to text him then never responded. Completely dissatisfied with their unfair business practices. I expect bait and switch tactics from side of the road car lots but never expected it from this dealership. Waiting to hear back from gm zeke who is the only one so far to even talk with me and try to see what's going on.
