Our visit to Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram started off a little rocky. The initial greeting at the front desk could have been warmer, and a comment we overheard from one of the salespeople about “walk-ins” didn’t leave the best impression. Thankfully, things improved quickly once we met Gabriel. He took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, showed us the vehicles we wanted to see, and worked with us to find a deal that made sense. His professionalism, patience, and positive attitude completely changed the tone of our experience. While the first impression wasn’t great, Gabriel’s excellent service turned it around — he’s the reason we left satisfied.

Jeannie in the service department was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, professional, and attentive. She kept me informed throughout the entire appointment, letting me know how the oil change and tire rotation were progressing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.

Tried to make an appointment on line but system did not take my request, I then sent an e-mail to have an appointment which was answered quickly and at the time and date requested. Service was excellent and the service manager was outstanding from checking me in to saying Good Bye.
