Paul was outstanding and proactive in taking care of all of my requests. Chris is sales was also helpful and responsive to all my questions and helping the experience go quickly and smoothly.

Popeye was outstanding when I went in to look at a new car! He made sure to keep in mind everything i wanted and made sure it was budget friendly!!

Always an excellent experience when I visit here, I get treated like family plus the service is on time but if any delays am always notified before about what the delays are and expected completion time.

They made things right. I brought my Jeep in for repair and it didn't get done according to my expectation. Turned around and brought it back. Communication was not as good as it should have been with my service advisor. But Gregory H. went above and beyond to keep me happy. He gave my info to a sales associate (who unfortunately never felt the need to call me). But Mr. Whitehead rocks! He is the manager and after quite a fiasco with Uber (that's another story lol) he got me in to see him and make me a satisfied customer. I hope the dealership realizes his value! He introduced me to Malcolm who is very personable and listens to the client. We checked out several Jeeps and at the end of the day I drove home in a newer Jeep. Malcolm has reached out to me in the past 24 hours to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. Thank you to Malcolm and Mr. Whitehead! With associates like yourselves I will be a returning Jeep owner.

The Manager don't care for his customers. This dealer sell to me a Dodge Ram with many problems and i have to spend a lot of money without any help after my purchase. Only 2 weeks after my purchase i have to pay for an New ABS module, and many others .....
