Happy with salesman.
Happy with salesman. It took a lot longer then I would of hoped. I was expecting to be in and out a lot quicker 45 minutes Turned into 3 plus hrs. The gentlemen who detailed vehicle did and outstanding job. The only thing i would suggest is to be aware that the customers time is valuable and should be taken for granted. Have a great day.

The service dept and the sales dept were absolutely
The service dept and the sales dept were absolutely horrible. We came in to purchase a used Charger for my son. The online price was $25,600. The manager assured us he would take care of us and brought us a final/lowest price of $33,473. That was the price we paid for his Charger we bought brand new last year. No way were we paying that much for a used vehicle. They offered up a Kia in its place as a way to get a lower price point. Seriously? the $7000 in dealer fees was insane! I will never but a vehicle there or refer anyone there. Since we were there we dropped my Gladiator off for an oil change. There were no vehicles in the bay but we were still told it wold be 1 - 1 1/2 hours for an OIL CHANGE. Really? We were there and going to be looking at a car so we said fine. 2 hours later they had not even started the oil change on my Gladiator so we took it without service and left. We will never have any service on any vehicle done there. The entire experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable.

There is nothing to complain about with Cody, who sold me
There is nothing to complain about with Cody, who sold me the car, and nothing to complain about with the Dodge Challenger, but I had a bad experience with the finance department. They reduced my monthly payment, but after I signed the contract, I received a letter from the bank stating that my monthly payment had increased by $110.00, and I tried to contact the dealership, but they said there was nothing they could do.
