At first I was just curious about what they would have in stock. But once I got there and saw what they had, I was stunned. The sales reps were amazing and Juan Bonilla came through for me in the end.

I scheduled an appointment more than a week in advance

I scheduled an appointment more than a week in advance for an oil change. When I got there, I was told it would take an hour and a half to 2 hours to complete a 20 minute oil change, even though I was on time, even early, for my appointment. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my oil change done. Disappointing.

The Dealer doesn't have professionals capable of fixing

The Dealer doesn't have professionals capable of fixing the dash that had only one loose end of the leather, I had to change the entire dash and even though the agent who answered me got a good discount I still had to spend 2k dollars for this. When I left the truck at the Dealer it wasn't pulling anything, now I have a problem and I'll have to spend more money to align the truck. one day after i got the truck i went to use it to work and the exhaust system service panel turned on.

I bought a used ram 1500 TRX.

I bought a used ram 1500 TRX. The team that they assigned me was excellent. I also picked up some parts for my wrangler. My salesman Juan, and Todd in parts were absolutely fantastic. Also, Jeff in finance was a true professional.

Kobe the salesperson was great.

Kobe the salesperson was great. However, sales managers caused me to spend 4hrs at the dealership on a simple lease buyout (with cash) on a contract with an already established price per the lease contract because they realized I wasn’t going to finance or buy extended warranties and lied to me repeatedly, and drug their feet about the process because there was no profit for them even though I leased the car through them initially. It’s pathetic, disgusting, and solidified that when it’s time to get a new car I’ll never consider buying from that dealership or any other owned by the same firm, even if it’s a Jeep/Dodge/Ram, I’ll simply use a different dealer not owned by Morgan.

Complete disappointment!

Complete disappointment! I had taken my car there for the regular oil change and tire rotation. After a few days I noticed air pressure in one of the tires had dropped and I took the car back. After 4 hours of "observation", they concluded that there was nothing wrong and I had to come back for more "in-depth investigation". As it turns out, a quick trip to Tire Plus was the answer, where they checked out the tire with water in 5 minutes and showed me that there was a small puncture in it, caused while the car was in service at at Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! Unprofessional and inefficient - every time you take your car here, expect to be spending hours in the waiting room for no good reason.
