I have received better service from a fast-food drive thru! I went in for service on Sat 8/12 (which was awful because the whole time my wife and I had to stand because they ran out of chairs) and the service rep told me to bring the vehicle back on Tues 8/15 for the warranty work needed and he would provide me with a rental/loaner. After sitting outside in the heat for 30 min after my appointment schedule I was greeted by the same service rep. He then proceeded to tell me they do not have any rental/loaners available, and I would have to come back maybe tomorrow...... Then proceeded to tell me he has a customer that has been waiting for 2 weeks for a rental/loaner. Why would you tell a customer to come in and waste their time knowing good and well you do not have anything available?

Took my appointment in same day that I called the dealership. All were friendly and work done well
