The vehicle had a problem with fuel leaking in the tank area. The first thing the dealer do is change the fuel pump and when the job was done, they realize it was due to a hose after changing the pump, a one or the most two day job turned into a 3-week job at the shop. Then, the day they tell me it was ready when I arrive, out of nowhere they come out telling me that the vehicle had 2 oil leaks that they had never told me about and that they had to change the gasket and a seal without my consent... uhm, how strange that a month ago the vehicle had the oil changed at another Ram dealer and they had never told me that there was any oil leaking, even if there had been, I would have oil stains in my garage, which there isn't even a drop of. In my opinion, I think it's a pure scam to charge Mopar insurance more money.
