I brought my Jeep in for three things, to calibrate the
I brought my Jeep in for three things, to calibrate the speedometer, repair the rear driver’s side taillight, and check the clutch. I was told they needed the car overnight and they kindly provided me an Uber to take me home. Later in the day I received a text and an email with a video telling me that I needed an air filter, front brakes, a brake flush, new spark plugs, and that my oil pan was leaking, and that the differentials and transfer case needed servicing. I was told the speedometer was calibrated and that there was nothing wrong with the taillight. Finally that I did need a new clutch which was going to cost approximately 3200$. I won’t bore you with the prices of all the other “needed” services. As my Jeep is worth about 5500$ and they were suggesting 5000$ of repairs I needed to think about it. I told Marcus I would call him in the morning. I had remembered that they had fixed the oil pan already for me two years ago so Marcous offered to replace the gasket for just the cost of the part which was very fair. I asked him to go ahead and do that while I considered the rest of the items. I pulled out all my records for the jeep and found that other than the air filter and the clutch I had done all the other items in the last two years. Granted it was not at the dealer so they didn’t have a record of it but they never looked to see if these things needed to be done. They just suggested them based on the mileage of the jeep. If I hadn’t thought to check on my own I would have assumed I did need them since they were recommended. I called the next morning to see if these things Jeep was ready for the items I did approve but was told that nothing had been done and since Marcous was off that no one could confirm the price he gave me and that nothing work would be done. I left a message for the service manager to call me, who did sometime after lunch. He honored what Marcous had told me and the Jeep was repaired. I spent 37$ taking an Uber to the dealer to pick up the Jeep only to find the taillight was in fact not working. I had to argue with them to get someone to look at it on the spot as they wanted to keep the car overnight again as it was already 4pm. Eventually someone looked at it and said because it was an aftermarket light they couldn’t do anything about it. I paid for my oil pan gasket and left. I have an appointment at a local transmission shop to replace my clutch for 1200$

I came in to address a HUD that was no longer booting
I came in to address a HUD that was no longer booting properly and came out with a laundry list of things "to fix" without a great understanding of what must be fixed, what was important to fix, and what was nice to have fixed. Prior to authorizing repairs although the estimates for the costs of material was provided, the labor cost of the repairs was not explained to me. I am still finding it difficult to wrap my head around $215 per hour for labor when I know that the people actually doing the work are not getting paid $430,000 per year. The staff interaction was cordial and polite, but I found that it was very awkward to talk about any of this with the representatives who coordinated the repairs. There was also no real communication between them on the state of repairs as several times the work was declared "finished" when my original problem with the HUD (later diagnosed as the radio) had not been repaired and the part's status could not be tracked. The bottom line on my costs on top of the cost of the items to be replaced was about $2400 for 9 hours of labor, with parts and tax that came to about $6000, and I left unfixed an item that was identified but later characterized as a "quality of life" issue at another $2400. The only reason I came in was to fix the HUD which was likely something that had to be fixed there. Hindsight tells me that I should have deferred all other recommended repairs and taken those elsewhere at a much more reasonable labor cost with similar guarantees of quality of work.

Andy Savas was very professional in handling my Charger's
Andy Savas was very professional in handling my Charger's service and coordinating my care while waiting. He also ensured I was helped when he had to leave. Gio Merced was very helpful in arranging my transport when the time came for my other appointment. Then Bob Parr assisted with my return transport and was very kind as always. All of the service advisors were very knowledgeable and attentive to my service needs. I truly appreciate your service department. Also the manager is excellent. I would also like to thank the manager Anthony Bazzocco who was extremely helpful in the last few service appointments I had, for both my Jeep and my Charger. He was instrumental in assuring I was helped, ensured parts found and ordered, installation done efficiently and thoroughly, as well as documentation provided for my insurance company, etc. Winston also was very helpful and expedient as my advisor.
