Scheduling is easy, servicing done fast.

Scheduling is easy, servicing done fast. I’m disappointed that my wheels were damaged in my first tire rotation. I had to drive back to the dealership which is 30 minutes from my house to get them fixed which they did some complementary work on some previous damage, but in the end, my wheels have Wear and tear from the repair. I pointed this out to the representative at my last servicing. When inspecting the wheels, the service man acknowledge that he also could see the damage I was discussing and still, nothing was done

From the start to finish, my experience at this dealership was flawless. I was greeted promptly at the service bay at my appointment time. I was fully explained the maintenance to be completed, and the service was conducted in a timely manner. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

Charged me for a service I did not ask for $154.

Charged me for a service I did not ask for $154.00 I had to charge on my credit card. I'm not happy. I went in to have a recall fixed. I asked for the guy I had talked to the day before. They said he wasn't in today. Well he told me I wouldn't be charged. I asked if while they were doing the recall was it possible to see if they could see an oil leak, and not be charged. He said sure. I asked for the depart to call him them. They said they couldn't no explanation why. Just told me I had to pay for a Diagnostic service. I didn't ask for that and was not told I was being charged. The guy just kept holding out his hand for a payment. I left crying....... Horribly treated. Why would my tag lights being out had anything to do with me having an oil leak.

After reviewing your repair order, it appears there was some confusion between the recall service and the additional diagnostic inspection that you requested while your vehicle was here. Recalls are performed at no charge; however, any separate diagnostics requested to check for other issues—such as the oil leak—do include a standard diagnostic fee.
