I have never owned a Cadillac before, but after acquiring my first, this is the brand I will stick with for the rest of my life. After Hurricane Sally destroyed our vehicles and devastated our home, I was really not looking forward to searching for a replacement vehicle. We had so many repairs to complete on our property and home that just thinking about dealing with any sales department in a car dealership made me anxious. We went to several different dealerships of various makes and models in Florida and Alabama looking for a perfect car. After nearly three months, much to my surprise, the perfect vehicle happened to be a Cadillac. First off, driving into the Cadillac Pensacola dealership proved to be a pleasurable experience and JJ made the purchase of my stunning Cadillac XTS so easy. Then we spoke to Lexi Langston in the Business Department who proved to be sincere and trustworthy. There was no pressure at all when making a decision to purchase a vehicle at Cadillac Pensacola and that was very much appreciated. Purchased my last four (4) vehicles there before the ownership change....While the sales department was friendly, pressured price negotiations are not welcome. Forced "add-ons" were excessive. Fabric protection raising the price of an 8 year old used vehicle with cloth interior by roughly 10% was not cool. Not into forced add ons for items not desired. I won't be purchasing my fifth vehicle there..

Very impressed with JJ Hommer we visited a couple of times JJ was extremely helpful and patient even though we were very indecisive but every time I called he was immediately available to talk and answer my questions. There was no pressure and he found the vehicle we had in mind. He was very patient instructing us in navigating the new vehicle ( my son was very impressed how much time he took up with us elderly folks). He is an asset to the dealership!!

Our experience was beyond amazing. JJ Hommer did an outstanding job in taking care of us. He is very friendly and professional and makes you feel you are the most important people there. It is obvious he is proud of the dealership he works for and demonstrates that by owning a Cadillac himself. We observed him taking it upon himself to pick up trash and straighten a leaning sign as well as going the extra mile to make sure our CT6 was cleaned to his satisfaction. We never once felt pressured to purchase any product which we greatly appreciate in any salesperson. We highly recommend JJ. You will not be disappointed.

I told him what I had to work with and without batting an eye JJ was able to pick the perfect vehicle for all my needs. Absolutely amazing salesman and an amazing car. Could not be happier with my purchase. 10/10 will definitely be buying my next car from him.

I brought by Cadillac SUV in for service. I was told it had a broken bolt ... you would think a simply couple hours worth of work to remove the broken bolt stub and install a new bolt ... you would think however I was charge $752 for a new part! Now being a retired engineer as well as a tool and dye maker, I know for a fact broken bolt removal is a relative easy process ... this was just greed and or lack of knowledge on the part of the dealership. Moreover, when I arrived to pick the vehicle up, they attempted to charge me more than quoted. After resolving that issue, I walked to the vehicle, only to find the leather seats as well as the fender and hood full of greasy hand prints. WHERE IS THE CADILLAC SERVICE!! Clearly not here.

I travelled over 2 hours for this dealership, and it was well worth the time. The staff was accommodating, both over the phone and in person, and everything was taken care of efficiently. Highly recommend this dealership, and especially the man I conducted business with: JJ Hommer.
