Cadillac Pensacola Service

We purchased our SRX used and it was a fantastic experience. Great vehicle purchased from great people. Nick and Clint went way out of their way to get us the best deal possible and they would always follow up and make sure our service visits went well. The service department is top notch and Deshaun always ensures that we are satisfied with the work. You can trust this dealership to do their best for you!

Above and Beyond What We Expected

JJ went way out of his way to make our buying experience pleasant. He was very knowledgeable, friendly,and helpful in answering all our questions. We are not from Pensacola and he suggested a wonderful place for us to eat lunch while we were waiting to make our decision. He then spent time going over all the features and even helping us in setting up some of them. Nick Mead made the experience of signing all the paperwork fun and was very helpful in answering any questions we had. We will definitely recommend this dealership to others!

JJ should be considered the employee of the month

JJ is a great guy and salesman. He really takes care of you in so many ways. He definitely deserves a raise in my opinion.

Back at home in a GMC Sierra

JJ Hommer was once again an exceptional maestro of the best car deal around. This makes my 15th auto purchase from this dealership and the 8th for JJ himself. Truly takes care of the customer before, during, and after the sale. Glad to be back in a GMC and looking forward to the next car purchase with JJ.

JJ Hommer is my Hero

My 5th purchase working with JJ as my sales advisor at this dealership. He makes the car buying experience pleasant and stress free for the buyer. I don't think management appreciates how hard he works to keep his buyers happy or the value in the relationships he builds with his customers to keep them returning year after year. JJ will go to bat for the buyer every time to help with that few extra dollars in a trade or the bottom line. I have never had to spend countless hours in the dealership haggling over price. JJ always makes delivery fun and easy. He will skip his lunch and buy you some GM wear to see a smile and get on your way quickly. This is very important to me. I have had some issues with GM recently and was ready to move on to another Car Company, but working with JJ has reeled me back in to GM and I am happy that I did. Thank you JJ and the Gentleman and the dealership formerly known as Vince Whibbs. I look forward to working with Step One for years to come.

Cliff and Nick are the best in Pensacola!

I won't go anywhere else! Even purchased my new GMC because the service department is so amazing! Nick and Cliff are the best! Always helpful and honest!

Probably my best car buying experience

I was interesting in updating my 2011 Cadillac SRX and had been doing some shopping on line. I was contacted by the three area dealers, but no one impressed me like Juergen John Hommer did. He was helpful without being pushy or intrusive. I made a trip over to the dealership to drive the car , but the car I'd picked out was sold before I made up my mind. They found the car I wanted out of state and brought it in for me. The day I picked up the car was an especially busy day for them as they were delivering more cars than the average day. I never felt rushed though. The "paper signing" part of the process was very efficient, thanks to the business manager, Jim Driskell. JJ was so patient with questions, etc. and has told me to come back for a "brush up" on all the electronics. I will definitely be taking him up on that!! Lots to remember!! Also had contact with Mark Whibbs, sales manager and Ed McCombs, service manager. All in all, a very positive experience!!
