My husband needed an alignment done, due to us traveling the only appointment they had available wouldn't work for us. Phil was able to work some magic and got us squeezed in the following morning!! Fast forward to the next morning Phil was taking a much deserved day off, Michael was able to take over our crisis of needing the alignment done!!! We dropped his truck off at 7am knowing the we're squeezing us in we expected them to have the truck for the entire day. NOPE we was wrong! Michael got us all done and back on the road by lunch!! Thank you to everyone involved in getting up back on the road and getting the alignment done for us last minute!! We are extremely grateful and happy with Reed Chevrolet of xx Joseph!! We would recommend them to anyone in this area 10/10 in our books!! Special shout out and thank to both Phil and Michael the service advisors!!! They are amazing to work with some of these reviews are wild, because we seen and had the polar opposite experience!! Keep doing what you gentleman do!! Today i had an appointment at 8:30am to get my oil changed and at 10:40 no notification of status, i text the link given as it says you can for status and no reply, I called and said I had someone there who has been waiting the whole time with my car asked status was hung up on and I called again. Was told car was checked in at 09:30am for oil change and it was not there at 8:30am (so now called a liar), then guy says it's about done I think, I said you think. He said yes, I said this is awful experience, was given mild discount but I rather of paid full price for good customer service. I hate being called a liar by someone who don't even know me.

Truck is running worse now. The ECM replacement didn't correct issue & the crankshaft position sensor relearn failed, but I was told it was fixed. Truck died on me 2 miles from dealership. I can put old ECM back in truck & it will run better than it does now. I paid to troubleshoot & correct the root cause of the problem not to guess & throw money at parts that make it run worse.

My experience and reach Chevrolet was smooth and very amazing. Kevin and Luke worked with me from beginning to end and answered all my questions. I love my new car.!

I've now bought 7 vehicles from Reed Chevrolet and Jeff Davey has made every trade for me. I can not ever complain about anything about this dealership great people to deal with and work hard to get you into car of your choice if all possible.

I called Reed Chevy on 1 Feb. and spoke to Luke about a Chevy SUV. There was not a good interest rate, therefore I told Luke I would keep driving my old car. On 2 Feb. I hit a deer and totaled my car. On 3 Feb. another Reed Chevy person called me and I informed him my situation had changed. Thank God for call backs as I had already started looking around for what I wanted, but a used vehicle because I refuse to pay more than 3% interest rate because I have worked hard for my good credit for times like this. Eleven days later I am driving a beautiful 2025 Chevy Blazer at 1.9% and everything I wanted on it; including my moon roof. Luke wanted my business and treated me with courtesy, kindness, and respect. Thank you Luke and Reed Chevy.

I purchased a truck from them on my birthday October 10 I live out of state so I traveled to them Everything looked and went fantastic Right up until I received my title work And the BMV tells me that I am short $995 on my taxes So I contact my salesman, Jeff Davie, and obviously he passes it off to the sales manager or general manager And basically the general manager tells me that I’m on my own it’s not their problem So clearly, they do not care about customer satisfaction, or standing behind their deals And he didn’t even have the guts enough to call me and have a discussion with me. He had to email me. Very cowardly and unprofessional
