We were so excited when we purchase our new 2024

We were so excited when we purchase our new 2024 pathfinder in June of last year to mainly use for vacations. At the time of purchase Dave and Todd were bending over backwards to make the sale, with Todd finishing up sale and and going over everything with us. while on vacation in South Dakota we had alot of trouble with the car, life threating ones. when I called Tanner Nissan to talked to Todd he acted like he didn't even know me. we couldn't even finish our vacation had to return home.. went to Tanners and didn't get the same greeting as when they sold the car to me Todd didn't even talk to me. so they set me up with Christ the service manger to check out the car. the car has been in the shop 3 times more days then i have drove it, and still having issues with the car and totally don't feel safe on a trip. customer service after the sale is bad.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and quick. Diagnosed within one hour. A loaner was provided and car was done 3 days early. Great service and great communication with me! Five stars!

The guys at Tanner Nissan are always great! The service was convenient and costs effective. My brakes were making a terrible noise, and its fixed!!!
