Consumer response

I have spoken to you before and you did nothing lol.

This is a dealer who treats me in an unbelievable way.

This is a dealer who treats me in an unbelievable way. No one should do business here. I made an appointment to test drive a used car a week in advance, and headed to this dealership the morning of the day after confirming that the car I was looking for was still in stock. I don't own a car yet, so I took a bus and walked for an hour and a half from home. Then the sales person told me that the car was sold this morning and is no longer available. When I asked what time it was sold, he said it was 10 o'clock. the call representative said they would have it in stock at 10 o'clock. I knew the sales guy was obviously lying, but I couldn't help it. The guy recommended a higher-trim car (and the car had been damaged), but offered more than $5,000 for tax & fee addition to the car price. When I told him it was over budget, he wanted to take out a loan. I wanted to pay in cash rather than a loan, so I told him the upper limit on my budget, but his boss came and told me unilaterally, ``That's impossible, we can't sell.'' The deal was over. The conversation ended without any suggestions that took my budget into account. This is an unscrupulous business method that attempts to trick people out of money by luring them in with fraudulent advertisements from the beginning. The boss doesn't know how to treat customers, so the employees treat him badly, making him the worst dealer.

Masters of the "bait and switch".

Masters of the "bait and switch". If I could have left a ZERO STAR rating, I would have. These crooks advertised a 2021 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport AWD with 21k miles, 1-owner, clean CarFax, off-lease, alleged CPO vehicle on the dealership website, and other used car websites such as cars.com and edmunds.com for $40,990. According to the dealership, "Price includes all costs to consumer except tax, tags and applicable fees". We took the car out for a brief test drive (less than a mile on the route designated by the sales rep, Benny Rodriquez). My son wanted to buy the car, and when it came time to write up the deal, Benny added on a "mandatory certification fee" of $3995, which was nothing more than a glorified warranty that included unlimited key fob repair/replacement, and tire/rim repair coverage. This was supposed to be a CPO vehicle, but the tires needed replacing. When asked if the car went through the Infiniti CPO process, the sales rep responded "Nissan...Infiniti...it's all the same company". The Infiniti CPO program includes a 167-point documented inspection of the vehicle, which the dealership could not produce. The Route 17 Nissan "certification program" was just a grossly overpriced warranty, and they would not remove the "certification fee" from the deal. The dealership had a Monroney sticker on the car listing it for $50,500, advertised the car for $40,990 (a price they had no intention of honoring), and forced a "mandatory certification fee" of $3995 on the consumer to jack up the price of the car so the dealership could still make their margin. This is what deceptive and dishonest business practices looks like. Avoid this dealership.

Both individuals from Route 17 NISSAN slaughterhouse who trying to ripped you of from your skin and forcing you to buy a warranty for $3995 for old car. Both of them they run my Credit Report without my consent and authority. Really discussing experience, I had with them and who ever read this comment beware of this slaughterhouse. Do not let them make you to wait to long for negotiation. THOSE ARE CROOKS

Fees for all or fees for none

Stay away from any dealership owned by these crooks. Add for the car says specifically all consumer costs included in cost of vehicle ecxpt tax title registration fees. After I made my offer they tried to add the $3995 for the certification fees. Based on thier own certification process thier only cost is the point inspection, all other requirements are based on the vehicle itself. I admit I got a little loud and let another potential customer beware of the extra fees. Manager then had the gall to tell me the fee was only for me no one else. Worst dealership experience I've ever had and i buy a lot of cars for pleasure and business. Lots of 1 Star reviews on here for the same thing about charges. These guys need to get thier act together.

I will never bring my car here again for service.

I will never bring my car here again for service. I took it in for an oil change and tire rotation, and was swindled into paying $445.27 when I was not told that it would be additional money for what was "needed" on my car. I had an appt and waited for over 45 minutes initially for my car to begin service. The serviceman also blatantly lied to me after waiting for over 2 hours for my car, that my car was being washed, and that was what was taking so long, when my car was never in fact washed at all. I've never experienced such poor service at a dealership, and I will for sure never give this dealership my business ever again.

Worst ever

This dealership is a sham. Their website says they do virtual appointments and they don't. They say they ship cars and they don't. They said their price was all in but then upped the price by $2000 when I arrived. They also said there was a $4000 charge to "certify" the car. They are full of crap. Don't trust them and go somewhere else.
