My experience was not good. I asked him if the tires were good I worked with a guy a gentleman named Martin. He said the tires were fine on it a few days after driving it I had a blowout I asked if the oil had been changed he said yes I don't have to change it for 2,500 miles. I had to change anyway it was filthy. I'm very disappointed in them.

Do not buy from this place. The owner Ori who is also the service manager was completely rude to us. We purchased the car and not even a few weeks later had to bring it in because the transmission was failing. We paid over $2,000 to have it fixed. And just a couple weeks after we got it "fixed" we brought it back in because it was still doing the same thing, we almost wrecked on the interstate because the transmission failed on us. And then after 2 weeks of constantly calling back because they would not call back when they said they would and trying to figure out what was wrong or how long it might take or anything of the sort they just kept telling us that they were waiting for the part to come in for them to fix it. At the end of it we started asking what type of part it was because we were going to take initiative and try looking ourselves because realistically it shouldn't take over 2 weeks to find a part. And we wanted to ask what they were going to do to make it right as a business because at this point it was just bad business nobody should have to wait over two weeks. Upon doing so the service manager Ori decided he no longer wanted to do business with us and told us to pick up the car on the street. This was after I asked who the owner of the lot was. He refused to provide this information obviously because it was him that was either the owner or part owner. The sales manager Martin pretended like he knew absolutely nothing about anything. But he definitely knows. Playing dumb will get you no where and it just makes you look ignorant. Just a fair warning for anyone that goes off of Google reviews please look up the Better Business Bureau ratings as they are rated F due to the exact same issues and complaints that we have. They urge their customers to give them good reviews on Google because they have a reputation of selling cars that are essentially lemons. I urge everyone to please do your research and refrain from buying a vehicle here. This is from personal experience. We now have to take the vehicle elsewhere to be serviced even though the transmission that they "replaced" was under warranty and I have proof of it. But at this point they are refusing to fix it because they can't seem to handle a little feedback. Ori literally told our mom who called to try to get information, that they were hiring and if she wanted to come work for them she could, or she could do his job for him since she's so good at it. Honestly anybody who says something like that to a customer or customer's family member shouldn't be in business at all. Nobody should be talked to like that especially when all they're trying to get is answers or resolutions which they obviously failed to provide. Update: We took the car in to an actual Nissan dealership and they said the transmission was replaced with a bad transmission. There was metal in the fluid and everything. The service department at Nissan recommend a new one as well as it was faulty. So they really didn't do us any favors but they certainly did screw us over for 7500 dollars in total. They just wasted our time and wasted our money. Refusal to fix a part they used, that is under warranty is a violation. And we will be disputing the charge since they did not provide the proper service we paid for. And failed to fix the issue that they caused by putting in a faulty transmission. And replacing the transmission will cost more than what we paid for the car. We got screwed big time

I got screwed by them. they suggested a mechanic (Lemon Squad) who gave the suv a great evaluation, either the mechanic is completely incompetent or they paid him to give a good review. Brought the car back 3 days after purchase with my mechanics list of issues, my mechanic said codes had been cleared (he can see cleared codes) and that it needed $8,000 - $20,000 in repairs. Martin said, "I just sell the cars, you have to talk to the Owner. Owner said, "You bought it, it’s yours." I’ve spent $6,000 so far on a $15,000 purchase, still have major issues. Read and heed the reviews you see. Don’t lose your money with con men selling cars.

Be extremely careful. The carfax report may not tell all. They give you a report with only what they want you to know. Please pull your own report. They are very good a covering up dangerous issues. They also sell cars with tampered odometer. Martin tells you he's very honest and you can trust him. Even that's a lie. You'd do much better going somewhere else Don't be fooled by their 5 star reviews. They make you write one before they give you the keys.

I bought an Audi Q7 from K & O Auto Wholesale. The salesman was Martin Mills (He called himself Mario on facebook). Mr. Mills assured me that the Audi was in perfect shape and had been thoroughly inspected by Orie his mechanic. The vehicle's check engine light came on while I was driving it home from the dealership. The vehicle ended up needing 5,000 in repairs straight off the lot. It was a huge mistake to trust this dealership.

We have just purchased our second vehicle from K&O ! I will only go to this dealership when I need a new ride, and I'll continue to refer friends and family when they are looking for a vehicle. Not only do you receive top-of-the-line service, but also great cars that you can depend on. Most of the vehicles are one-owner, in-state, and all are checked over by K&O before they are up on the lot. The prices are beyond fair, and the salesmen work over time to find great options for what you are looking for! This is the second vehicle I've purchased from K&O, and I continue to refer people to this dealership... that says enough. Great people, great deals, great vehicles!
