I had a very pleasant experience buying my new GMC Sierra, Radomir Padroso (Tito) helped me out with all the questions I had , also helped me out to find the new vehicle for my needs ones I explained to him, I’m really happy with my truck and all the excellent service I received from the rock hill Buick gmc dealership

James is the man. Honest, straight forward and promised a time that was REAL. James Stevens didn’t give me the best news but told me what was NEEDED AND WANT WAS RECOMMENDED. We did needed for now…….. recommended will come next. Couldn’t imagine a better consultant for my car. Good dude and should definitely be asked for. This is the type of recommendations you can trust. Took to different place and they wanted double before GMC/James.

This was the worst dealership experience I have had....

This was the worst dealership experience I have had. First I have never left a review before as I understand things happen or people have bad days at times but this was neither. On 06-04-2021, took my 2500HD (16,686 miles) in for a simple oil change and tire balance. I was surprised when I saw my truck drive off the lot after 2 hours, and was informed that they had to test drive it - which would have been nice to know when I was dropping it off. That aside, I pulled up my GMC app to track my vehicle just to find out that the service tech had driven twice in excess of 80 MPH! This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. I brought this is the attention of the service manager and his response was well I am sure that he did but he had to make sure tires were balanced ... This type of culture where unacceptable behavior is rationalized does not strengthen the confidence in customers. To make this worse there is now a wobble in my steering wheel indicating unbalanced tires. I don't understand. I will not recommend this dealer for service to anyone. I do understand that I am only one customer, and will not impact this dealership's bottom line nor is that my intent. I just would like people to demonstrate ownership and accountability and do something to make things right. This morning (06-05-2021) the dealership did call me but just to follow up on how my service appointment was. Not to follow up on my above comments. I explained again to the nice lady to who I spoke about the above incident and my experience. She advised that really based on her position all she could do is apologize, to which I advised her it was not her. A further example of a lack of ownership and accountability by the dealership's management. $130 they got from me - misused/abused my vehicle while in their care as evidenced with the GMC tracking app and no balanced tires as evidenced in my steering wheel wobble which was not there when taken in.

Update 06/11/2021: Justin Beardsley (Operations Director) contacted me and was very professional in his explanation and his disappointment in the above-outlined behavior as to how the ser tech was held accountable through the dealerships' accountability process. I am not certain as to what exactly that was but just the acknowledgment that there is not a culture of abusing or mishandling customer's vehicles and that there is indeed a policy for ser techs on their conduct when driving customer's vehicles. I appreciated the ownership and accountability displayed and conveyed to me by Justin. This type of leadership and ownership of undesired behaviors should be the model for other Managers on-site to follow. With respect to my tree balance, Justin convinced me to come back in and they would make it right. Justin and Shawn (Serice Manager) met me at the dealership and took a hands-on approach to make things right, which they did. I appreciated the follow-up and follow-through and their commitment to customer service. As this was a very bad experience for me, Justin used it as a learning opportunity for the dealership to reinforce its own policies and expectations. Thank you Justin and Shawn for addressing this issue and making things right.

Test Drive over 80 MPH! Still not fixed

10/10 Experience

I drove 2.5 hours to look at a used Truck not knowing that I was going to have an amazing experience . I was met by Larry who treated me like a person not by my looks (I am covered in Tattoos) Larry was extremely kind ,real , down to earth , not pushy , wanted me to get exactly what i wanted . Next I met Anane and wow just wow . Anane treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel like i was part of his own family . When I left the dealership I felt like I was dreaming because how good my experience with Larry and Anane . Not because I bought a Truck but because of these 2 fine gentlemen . My experience was like no other I have ever had at any dealership . As a matter of fact when I am back up in the Rock Hill area in a few months I am taking Anane out to lunch . I still feel bad for keeping Anane and Larry way passed closing even though I know its their job
