They were very professional and warm with welcoming to RH

They were very professional and warm with welcoming to RH GMAC and invited me to the lounge and that water and coffee was available and free. Let me know what was taking place and what they found would need to be done but I could have it done now or later

My sales consultant, John, listened to me 100% and got

My sales consultant, John, listened to me 100% and got right down to business. He could tell I didn’t want the experience to last a lengthy time so he was very fast and upfront with what the dealership had available and what was being delivered in the future that met my needs. He and the sales manager (Trenton) were transparent with me about pricing and the current vehicle climate we are in, so negotiations went fairly quickly and we made a deal. However, John went above and beyond by sending me a walk around video and texting me the next day about an even better vehicle that showed up (unexpected) and he immediately thought I would like it better so he reached out to me. It was $5k more, but I loved the upgrade! THANK YOU JOHN! The financial office (CJ, I think?) went very smoothly and super fast, also. I was in and out of the finance office in maybe 20 minutes, which is quick in my experiences. Everything about this dealership met my expectations and blew out the competition. I hope to use them in the future!!

Felt scammed on delivery and OnS

I was initially excited to work with this dealer, as my local dealers were charging $10,000 over and above sticker for "in demand" fees (gauging) due to shortage in vehicles. Rock Hill wasn't going to charge me this. In fact, they were very accommodating and offered to have a sales rep deliver the truck to me (3 hours away!) so he could go over all the features of the truck. Delivery day comes and the two gentlemen who delivered the truck were NOT employees, knew NOTHING about the truck, knew NOTHING about the paperwork they were to have me sign, and were elderly. So, their promise of a sales rep meant nothing to them (they later stated they couldn't have a rep gone for that amount of time (time=$). So I am left to reading the owners manual (I know NOTHING about cars and paid $90,000 - you'd THINK they could have made me happy with that kind of money! The next day, I am asked to sign a document that they forgot to have me sign. It was for OnStar, saying that I "am agreeing to the 36 month trial" when I actually don't want it. The finance manager initially told me he HAS to have this signed in order to complete the deal...then admitted that they signed me up WITHOUT my permission because I was too far away, yet he was texting and calling me for many other things...then basically admits he needs me to sign to protect them because they ALREADY signed me up. I refused to sign because they are pressuring me into lying, and he was extremely angered. I assume they get kickbacks from OnStar for everyone who opts-in, but they should have asked me and given ME the option to decide - not make the decision for me and then try to coerce me into lying.

Appointment means nothing

Making an appointment means nothing!!! I know businesses are short handed, so I scheduled an appointment 5 days ahead and was there at 9:00am, to find out at 4:00pm they had not started any service on my car, simple diagnostic, rotate tires and brake service.

I purchased a vehicle from here in May 2021 and got it...

I purchased a vehicle from here in May 2021 and got it serviced in August in October it was leaking gas. I took the car back to GMC they told me there was nothing they could do I need to take to the Lexus dealership we’ll I did and I have a video from the technician at Lexus stating that the leak was from my car being lifted incorrectly by whoever serviced my vehicle. It cost me $975 for repairs. I spoke with Oliver the Mgr at GMC and the technician. Oliver wanted to offer me free services for awhile on my car and the Technician stated Lexus overcharged me. Needless to say they didn’t cover the cost of the repair GMC caused. I didn’t ask for the towing charge of my car to the Lexus dealership nor for rental cost cause I was without a car for a week. I thought they were good businessmen until this experience. They should have paid for the damage they caused….

Worst place ever. Not only did they not fix my car after...

Worst place ever. Not only did they not fix my car after 5 weeks, but now are saying they could not find the problem after spending over $4000.00. Now they want me to spend $1500.00 to apparently fix the problem they should have found 5 weeks ago. I left the dealership after both times just to breakdown. Had 2 kids the first time and by myself the second. be very wary of this place! I can say Scott was the best and did try to help us.
