Write a reviewThere are many dealerships near us that had vehicles that fit our requirements and we reviewed and/or contacted a great number of them. We chose to buy from Westgate Triad, 65 miles away, because of the straight forward, professional and personable services provided by Matthew Parler and Jacob Pierce.

Their professionalism with you even if you're there close to their closing time is out of this world compared to another dealerships that I went to. That sales manager had a bad attitude for trying to sell a car. That is the reason why I came back to buy from WESTGATE Triad. I stopped in 3 times before I made my decision and they were great every time with smiling faces. And their deal was better also.

Edited with an update - I was hoping I could say this was resolved and they have "made this up to me" like the reply here says, but unfortunately, they have ruined their name even more. Clay the owner called me and very rudely said they now are unwilling to fix the scratches they lied about being on the vehicle. Highly do not recommend buying anything from Westgate Triad. They have a terrible team of lying employees. If I could go back, I would have purchased it from anywhere else. Purchased a '24 Outlander a couple weeks ago after over a week after being in contact with this dealership about coming to get in for about 2 weeks. Within 10 minutes of being at the dealership I noticed a bunch of little marks on it that looked like scratches and asked Ryan about them. Ryan stated they were just adhesive from the packaging during transit, and it would all be taken care after he said that I stopping looking at it because if they were all marks from the protective packaging during transit, I did not need to look for other things that might be wrong exteriorly because it would have been covered. We got all the paperwork filled out and Ryan moved the car, so it was right by the door in the shade then we left. Three days later I went to drive it the first time after getting it back home and since the sun was out noticed all the spots, I had pointed out were still there. After messaging Ryan, he said I needed to purchase a car safe adhesive remove. After wiping everything down some of the obvious adhesive spots came out but the matching scratches down the side did not because they were SCRATCHES not adhesive. I sent videos and pictures showing most of them to Ryan which he said he would show the management team the following morning which he never did. I finally messaged him the later to see if there was an update, and was only asked if I was going to be in their area soon. After informing him I had no plans of driving there (2.5 hours away) he would not reply to any of my messages. The following week my dad was finally about to get ahold of the owner, and they are only willing to fix them if I drive down. So, who knows what type of job they are going to do fixing it. On less important note. I filled out the information online and made it very clear this was my car. I was paying for it and my dad was only co-signing so I could get the 0% APR. When filling out the paperwork there we questioned why my dad was listed first and the finance guy assured us that they were equal on the accounts. Now when setting up all my payment with Santander they say he is the account holder, and I am the co-signer and the only way to fix it is to have them refinance it. If I could give a place 0 stars I would.

Got a 2019 Toyota Highlander 7/27/22. It was certified pre owned with a 3 month, 3k mile warranty. On 8/17/22 the AC went out. I messaged their chat about this and was told the warranty should cover the repair. When I took my car in to Toyota I was told that I needed to replace the AC Compressor. They found freon levels low and said that my AC compressor locked up. They also said the AC repair was not covered and I should contact who I purchased the vehicle from. I contacted the service department and they said that it was not covered under warranty and they would not correct the issue. I had the car for 3 weeks and now I already have a repair of $2400 for a certified pre-owned Toyota vehicle. Unacceptable. They should stand behind their product. Do not purchase used from here

Darryl, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around.
I was interested in a newly arrived BMW that hit their lot. To preface this review, I have purchased and sold enough cars for ten lifetimes so I know a thing or two about the process and business. I took a day off of work in hopes of purchasing the vehicle. First, the staff is polite and helpful. They extended to me a test drive, for which I was thankful. The car was quite dirty inside and out and the front windscreen was cracked from a-pillar to a-pillar (the entire width of the windshield). The salesperson had not given me a heads up about either issue. There were other small things that had not been addressed, but I digress. Yet, that was not the worst part of the experience. I drove my VERY pristine fully loaded & low mileage Corvette to discuss a trade-in. I ran the numbers on my car via several black book sites and via KBB, Edmunds and several others, so I knew the TRADE IN value prior to arriving. As at least one other reviewer shared happened to them, I received a low ball offer for my car. How low? Between $10,000 and $13,000 depending upon the source of the data and other factors. My bottom number was fair market trade-in value. I was fully transparent about my bottom acceptable offer amount and revealed my sources. In summary, although they were nice, this was to be a business deal. I like to be treated both in a courteous manner as well as fairly. Their slogan on the door says that they treat people like family. I cannot imagine treating a family member who I respect, or even do not respect, the way that I was treated today. They were looking to profit $2k - $3K on their car and between $13,000 and $17,000+ on mine, for a net of $16,000 - $20,000 on ONE DEAL! I wish I could make such tasty gross profit margins on a $28,000 car (my estimate of what they have in the BMW). For reference, they offered me $5,000 less than Carmax, whose offers are almost always at wholesale. $5,000 below wholesale for a fully loaded car with VERY low miles and that will be in VERY high demand as prime Corvette season (spring and summer) approach. This was almost an insult! It looks like the tables have turned. We are in a seller's market, and now dealers are low balling those looking to trade their vehicles and to take advantage of their market positions. This sort of behavior will come back to bite those who perpetrate such behavior when the market turns around, which it will not doubt. My advice to you if you are thinking of doing business with these folks: Know the market, and if you attempt a trade-in, know your vehicle's black book value prior to spending your valuable time trying to work a deal with them. They are trying to make big margins on trade-ins and off of the consumers' backs. If you are okay selling your car privately, it is a MUCH better option than trading it in to this dealership. There's a reason people used to call them stealerships. For some time, the playing field was even during the 2000's and 2010's because the internet gave consumers tools for becoming aware of car dealerships' operating tactics. Now that supply and demand are way out of balance, some dealers are trying to take advantage of the situation, and ultimately their prospective client base. Finally, if you just don't want to hassle with selling your own vehicle and want to trade it, even if you are willing to take a modest loss trading, and you absolutely have to have one of Westgate's cars, call ahead and get a rough estimate of their trade-in valuation on your vehicle. Then, at least, you will know what to expect. I do appreciate the sales staff's politeness. It is the management at this dealership that should learn a thing or two by reflecting back on the tougher times when we were in a buyer's market. IE, clean and prep your vehicles and set / manage your customers' expectations before they spend 1/2 a day or more of their valuable time in an abyss of frustration. Customer satisfaction is ALL ABOUT managing expectations.

I was pretty approved . When I get there they tell me I need triple the downpayment. Called next day and I said I will make the downpayment you requested. Drive there Monday with that amount they tried to sell me a different vehicle and lied the whole time about their intentions. I’ve never had such a horrible experience. Evil sneaky snakes in the grass . Beware

Hi Victim, we can assure you that we do not find this type of behavior acceptable, and we would like to address the situation you have described.
We had an excellent experience at this dealership working with Ulisses. We sold our vehicle to him it was a smooth transaction and he is just an awesome person to deal with.
