Dear Ma’am/Sir, This note is in regards to the exceptional service I received at Kuhn Honda. Elias Ojurabesa was the salesman who assisted me with the purchase of my new Honda Insight. Elias was, from the very beginning, kind and caring. He was a good listener and never once pushed or prompted me for any reason as we drove the Honda Insight around town in Tampa. He was knowledgeable about the cars abilities and the and new technologies. And he was also very knowledgeable about the hybrid aspect of the vehicle. In the end, I bought the EX... it is a very nice car with lots of bells and whistles but it is especially great on gasoline. Hurray for thenHonda Insight. Hurray for Elias. Please take the time to let Elias know how much I appreciated his kindness more than anything else. Thanks for everything. Kim M. Fournier

Great Experience Buying with Kuhn Honda

We had a good experience buying from Tyler DeChalus at Khun Honda. He assisted us in finding the right CPO Honda Civic for my son to drive, answered all our questions, and helped us get the best financing possible. The sales manager and finance manager were friendly and helpful as well. Very happy with our purchase experience at Kuhn Honda.

excellent service

Seth took care of me in Service and went over and beyound. I tried to get some paint chips fixed on my last visit and no body would help me get it done and Seth made it happen!! Extremely happy with him!.. And Melvin sold me my Pilot a while back and was very nice and easy to work with. Even going in for Service, he remembered me by name and my Husband's name.

Great experience

Pedro Mena and Harry Whitaker were very easy to work with. They answered all my questions very patiently and thoroughly. All telephone calls were returned within minutes. They made the whole process easy and quick, and smooth. No surprises, vey straight forward transaction. I visited several dealerships before Kuhn and found this dealership to be the best.!

Our car buying experience

Purchased car on 7/27/18. The purchasing the car was a good experience. Seify Alonso was very nice, informative & low pressure sales person. we would have left the dealership if he had been like any of the salesmen at Brandon Honda. We will never return there. After our decision to buy the car, we dealt with Andy Johnson the finance manager. He was nice, efficient and helpful. When we drove the car home, we noticed right away that 60mph and above that the vibrated and shook. We felt the car was unsafe to drive on interstate highways because of the shaking. We took the car to service the next day to Kuhn Honda and that's where the problems started. The Kuhn Honda dealership went from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde. Once you get our signature on the loan with the down payment things are great. When there was a problem with the car, we met up with resistance from the repair people and the General Sales manager Kevin Mitchell. They rotated the tires and that helped some. Kevin Mitchell said the car was road safe.We were shocked that Kevin would say that when the car was shaking at 60mph. My husband Jim and Kevin got into and argument. One of the repair man said our car had been sitting in the hot sun for nearly 2 months which probably damaged the tires . Kevin did"t want to help us in anyway.Jim insisted that we have new tires put on. Kevin didn't want to hear of it until my husband raised his voice. Kevin then said he would put CHEAP tire on our 12,000 miles, 2015 Honda Accord. We always had Michelin tires so we asked if we could pay the difference. We did and the car rides fine. Kevin Mitchell was very hard to work with and didn"t believe our concerns. Your service department left us with bad feelings. Once you buy the car, you could careless about your clients.

Distrust, unknowledgable and careless

Couple of days back got a quote from Kuhn Honda, went there to confirm the deal, a fair young sales guy assisted us, he was rude, arrogant, no proper response, finally his manager said, he would honor the quote they sent us and gave an apportionment on the next day to sign the deal, as I wanted to come with my wife on the next day, Visited the showroom on the next day, sales guy started negotiating again and he even not sure what features the car have, and said the manager who gave us the deal was on leave, negotiated for couple of hours and he don't even want to listen anything, finally he and his another manager said they will not honor what they told us yesterday and gave a new quote which is 5k more than yesterdays for the same car/model, immature, lack of knowledge, rude sales guy wasted our 5 hours of time, finally his manager said its a mistake on their side but reluctant to honor the deal. Not sure if its their way of dealing customers, they will do anything to bluff their customers and says sorry at the end. waste of time and money.

2018 Honda Accord from Harry

Fun times buying a cpo civic with Tyler!

Buying a used car takes time so it's nice when your specialist knows what they're doing! And Tyler sure did we began this journey online, Tyler's an internet sales representative so he already knew what we wanted when we got to the dealership. He was very personable yet professional making sure we would get the car we wanted and get out of there as quickly as possible! All of the staff was super nice! The finance manager, Andy, who we saw at the end was very nice as well.
