First time car buyer

Rob made my first car purchase as easy and stress free as possible. I was nervous going into this experience but it could not have gone smoother. Rob was very clear about the whole process and helped me throughout it all. Would highly recommend Rob to anyone.

Stress Free Buying Experience

My lovely wife was driving a 2012 Honda Pilot EX-L. Nice car...reliable transportation....but I wanted to get her into something nicer....bigger....and of higher quality. We started shopping Yukon models....and ended up at Win Kelly. From the moment we walked in and was greeted by Rob Reisman, we could feel that this was going to be a top-notch experience....whether or not we purchased. The following day we were able to come to an agreement. Overall....a great experience! Rob is an easy going sales person....who wants the sale...but wanted to ensure we were happy with how the process was going. I highly recommend this dealer and our sales professional to anyone seeking a new car from Win Kelly.

Torqued off over torque converter

I brought my GMC Acadia in four weeks ago describing what was clearly a transmission issue. After being charged $155 for a 27-point inspection I was told that there is nothing wrong that could be diagnosed with the Acadia. The problem worsened and last week I took the vehicle in again. Again I was told no 'computer codes' were indicating a problem. After opening a case with GMC Customer Care and writing a letter to Service Manager Ryan Lawrence, another diagnosis with a different computer diagnostic tool was done, and it was then confirmed that I had a torque converter problem, which it turns out, is a very common problem with 2012 Acadia's and in fact Acadia's from 2007 - 2014. The torque converter has been replaced under warranty, and I hope there will be no further problems. Chris Parsley was very courteous throughout the process, but his ultimate defense when I expressed by dissatisfaction was 'my hands are tied.' It became quite clear that the service staff at working on the Acadia at Win Kelly knew what the problem was from the time I first brought it in and described the problem, but clearly was attempting to avoid a very costly repair under warranty. It was only through my persistence and taking the complaint up the chain that I got action. This is not how I would expect to be treated at Win Kelly and certainly now I do not feel like a valued customer

2016 Buick Verano

This is my first time buying an American made car and a Buick plus dealing with Win Kelly. I have been a Honda owner since 1991. Barry Geis made it so simple to purchase my 2016 Buick Verano. I asked him to be patient with me as I was looking at other options besides Honda and didn't know much about my car options at Win Kelly. He was very patient and was great at answering all my questions. Barry Geis is very friendly, patient, outgoing, very knowledgeable, courteous, and an overall AWESOME car sales representative to deal with. I informed him that because my experience with him and Win Kelly was exceptional, that I would be a returning future customer. I went to Win Kelly via the Costco Auto Program and I also informed the Costo folks how awesome Win Kelly was to work with and they thanked me for my feedback.

Great experience

Rob Reisman is the man. Very courteous and helpful. Will go above and beyond for the customer. Did what he could to make the process smooth even though it took me two hours to get out, that is not a blemish on him.

Excellent process with no pressure

Rob Reisman contacted me about 5 months before I was to buy a car. He kept in touch on my terms and kept me well informed about any new deals. When I finally met him a month before I purchased by Buick, he was polite, professional and very comfortable to work with. He was aware my financial constraints and was able to work with me to purchase a car that made me very happy. I would highly recommend Rob and Winn Kelly to anyone.

Great Customer Service

Rob Reisman is by far the best car salesman I have ever met. He is friendly, patient and very low pressure. He worked tirelessly to find me a truck. Rob is very responsive to calls, texts or emails. He always treats you as if you are his only customer. He takes the extra time to explain every charge and rebate to ensure you understand exactly what you are paying for. If you are looking for a GM Vehicle make sure you stop by Win Kelly and ask for Rob. You won't regret it!
