The Q7 was in for service on the malfunctioning electronic issues 4 times (same issue) for a total of nearly 30 days (thankfully the dealer provided a loaner even though it was not an Audi). Hopefully the last fix (taking over 2 weeks) will resolve the ongoing issues. This was all performed under warranty so the selection of the service center was predetermined. Jahan was accommodating to eventually finding a loaner car and keeping me appraised of the issues.

I was pleased that the service was completed within the estimated time. I have to be honest I was not pleased the last time I was in to get my battery recall serviced as the process took repeated trips to the facility over many months due to lack of technicians (so I was told). But I thought I would come back and see if the routine service would go well and it did. Kevin was great to work with!

Their team then pampers the car with a full inspection, video recorded, that tells the story on the car's condition and anything that needs further attention, all the while leaving you in charge on how they should proceed.
