The Q7 was in for service on the malfunctioning electronic issues 4 times (same issue) for a total of nearly 30 days (thankfully the dealer provided a loaner even though it was not an Audi). Hopefully the last fix (taking over 2 weeks) will resolve the ongoing issues. This was all performed under warranty so the selection of the service center was predetermined. Jahan was accommodating to eventually finding a loaner car and keeping me appraised of the issues.

I was pleased that the service was completed within the estimated time. I have to be honest I was not pleased the last time I was in to get my battery recall serviced as the process took repeated trips to the facility over many months due to lack of technicians (so I was told). But I thought I would come back and see if the routine service would go well and it did. Kevin was great to work with!

Their team then pampers the car with a full inspection, video recorded, that tells the story on the car's condition and anything that needs further attention, all the while leaving you in charge on how they should proceed. I'm grateful for their attentive services and will continue to have my vehicle serviced at this location.
