Takes to long to buy, the offer on my car was insulting & car costs too much & my car is makes noises that is concerning.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. The measure of a person really shows when there is nothing to gain but you give it your all anyways ❤️

Dustin has been great to work with. The finance guy, on the other hand, was trying to sell us on all of this extra insurance that was unnecessary. Even though we told him we weren’t interested he just kept pushing and kept trying to sell us the same stuff. This went on for at least 20-30 mins until I asked for a break. He almost cost Dustin the sale! We finally were very blunt with him and he finally dropped it and proceeded with the process of us completely the sale. My only suggestion is that the finance people know there audience better and understand when “no” is going to mean “no” for a customer. I have been very pleased with my overall experience with Kia especially because I really only have to go to Dustin if I have any issues and he has been extremely diligent about following up and completing things in a timely manner. We had a couple hiccups at the beginning of the sale and Dustin and the Kia team were very active and timely in righting the wrong and making sure we were completely satisfied going forward. I would definitely recommend this Kia branch to buyer’s and we love our 2026 Kia hybrid Carnival. Which has, so far, lived up to the hype and high ratings that consumer reports published when comparing it to all other minivans.!!
