Jack went out of his way to find a car that would suit my needs considering some difficult issues. He was so helpful with educating me and setting up the charging accounts on my phone, as it is an electric vehicle. His customer service was exceptional and showed sincere concern with an issue that I was having and resolved it with kindness and patience. The entire staff is both professional, knowledgeable and just create a very positive atmosphere. A shout out to Juliano(sp?) for his kindness, patience & knowledge in every aspect of the experience.He is truly a very special young man! Thank you to everyone!

We just walked on the lot and it took about three minutes for lyric to come out the door and give us The detail on the automobile we were looking at. He explained everything in detail and loudest to take a drive. When he is finished with his paperwork, we were turned over to Bruce who handle the extra options available. We didn’t feel pressured in anyway and made our decision to go, with the original Kia we looked at. Excellent dealership.
