We were very pleased with buying N EV from Shane

We were very pleased with buying N EV from Shane Tompkins. He helped us get thru the process easily and with a great outcome. Making the final deal on the car was easy and did a great job guiding us through. He was reside to all questions and got back to us with answers if needed. We will buy again from Shane and this dealership.

I had two vehicles serviced on consecutive days.

I had two vehicles serviced on consecutive days. The appointments were easy to make and the service was provided as requested for each. As always, #1 Cochran provided excellent service at a decent price. I will continue to use #1 Cochran for my service needs for as long as I own the vehicles (hopefully, for many more years). Taylor was great.

Taylor was great. As was the shuttle van driver. Whoever the manager is Mark? Maybe? is the worst. Both very unprofessional and exhibited terrible leadership skills with his other teammates/ (subordinate). Would not recommend service with your dealership soley based off of him.

After buying three vehicles and leasing two, from this

After buying three vehicles and leasing two, from this dealership I would think that they would be a little more flexible when asking them to look over my transmission (that is still covered by warranty) and not charge a $150+ diagnostics fee to tell me nothing is wrong, especially when I was paying for other work to be done. Very disappointing. Also, I needed to buy a GM part recently and they charged 3X what other dealers in the area were charging. Needless to say I bought from another dealer.
