Great customer service

I'm a new costumer and i really like the way I'm treated. It's like I'm the only one in the building. Great service. I hope that it doesn't change.

I am very satisfied with the service I have received. My A/C went out in my 2018 Rogue. I was given a loaner car until ny car was finished. I have COPD and asthma this meant alot to me. NISSAN at Lithia Springs really care about their customers.

No a honest experience

They made a lot of promises and did not follow through. Then they mailed me a letter asking me to get my next car from here. Screwd first time, there wi be no second tome.

Horrible Service Department

Crooks IMO. I had previously dealt with this service department on an emissions issue they told me would be $2500 and basically everything needed to be replaced. I fixed it for $180. Fast forward to today. I have a noise in the rear end of my 2006 Pathfinder I don't have the time to diagnose so my wife took it to the dealership. They called her back and after mansplaining what a driveshaft was told her it would need a driveshaft. Why? "The internal components have gone bad". I happened to be there so I asked what internal components and he start talking about seals in the driveshaft. I told him that there must be some miscommunication between his technician and him because what he was saying didn't make sense but he was adamant that it was the internal components of the driveshaft. Frustrated I said I would just come pick the truck up. I asked my wife to call back before we went to pick it up and see if someone could better explain what was going on. This time she spoke with Ron who again told her it was the internal components of the driveshaft. I asked him what specific components were in this driveshaft that would cause my issue. He doesn't know "because he has never cut one open but it isn't like an old 1960s vehicle and there is stuff in there or the aluminum would't be able to handle the torque". I guess engineer is a side gig. It gets better. He also stated that he went out and inspected it HIMSELF and that not only are these "internal components" bad but an aftermarket driveshaft has been installed, the shaft has been welded, and that the U-joints have been beat out of the driveshaft before. I guess most people buy these lies and fork over money but I told him none of what he was saying made any sense and that thought he was just trying to scam my wife and the conversation went downhill from there. I told him we would just come get the truck. He met my wife at the door with the keys. Maybe most of their customers don't have any mechanical knowledge or a jack but I do so as soon as I got it home I jacked it up. I have attached pictures that clearly show it is an OEM part (Nissan Part No.: 37000-EA510) installed at the time of manufacture (2006), that there are no welds beyond those from the driveshaft manufacturer, and that the u-joint show no signs of being beat out in the past. Either these people are incompetent or they are crooks. I believe the latter given my two experiences with them.

Do not trust Nissan of lithos springs

Service is a joke I purchased my car from their sister company Nissan if Newnan I noticed that the trim around the seat was defective didn’t fit right they adjusted it when I got it back it had marks on I thought would wipe off wrong they did make it right and ordered a new one living in Douglasville Nissan of Newnan told me about their new dealership Nissan Lithuania springs so I asked if I could have the part sent there to have it installed it took awhile but they got it t done when I got to my appointment which I was there 3 hours for a part that should take a few minutes the tech gave me problems he said he wasn’t going to do it because they do the damage but that’s not up to him to decide the item is for a new car under Waranty after 3 hours was told they got it done upon inspection I said to myself this the same part didn’t see scratches but the irregular fit was the same so I thought ok don’t see scratches so I trusted them a few days later the scratches were back they put something on it like armoir on if I use that on it u can’t see scratches till it wears off I immediately call Nissan of Newnan and told them the issue and was told maybe when I get in the car I’m scratching it ok really so I’m scraatching the side of the seat when entering the car common sense you don’t come in contact with the side of the seat entering a car really come on Nissan of Newnan or lithia springs will never earn my business again I drive out of my way and pass Nissan of Lithuania springs to have my car serviced I saw another reviewer who said they lied to him believe me I know from experience he is completely spot on I left one str only so I could complete my review
