Took our car in for an oil change. We had an appointment for 10. Arrived 10 minutes early hoping they might squeeze us in. We sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours. No wear else in the world does it take 2 hours to change the oil in a sedan. First and last time coming here. Absolutely ridiculous.

At this dealership they’re all so friendly. They helped so much. They answered all my questions. Would definitely go there again to get another car.

Long story short, we had hit a pothole on I40 west of Nashville while driving to Memphis. Nobody nearby had a tire to fit. Called ahead and spoke with Steve. Told him we were about 90 minutes away. He was very helpful and made sure that they would have a replacent tire available. When we arrived Chris was already aware of our situation. Super fast, very friendly. They even put our luggage back in the trunk when they were finished.

Salesman was good, but dropped off from there. High pressure from car manager, would not try to work with me in any way. They set the price and thats it. High doc fees, no wiggle room at all. Will not be recommending to anyone.

Nicest people you will meet. They will do whatever it takes to make the deal work for you! Management is the Best you will find.
