Typical used car salesman LIES! I was told on the phone the car had 9 YEAR OLD TIRES and that would be a negotiating factor. After driving over 2 hours and 100+ miles + test drive, I was told, in no uncertain terms, the PRICE WAS FIRM! To replace the tires with comparable Michelins (NOT 9 YEARS OLD) would cost roughly $1700. LIES WON'T SELL CARS! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! They wasted 5 hours of my time and $$$ in gas money to drive there and back home. SHAMEFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, TYPICAL USED CAR SALES TACTICS! Again - STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! So sad!!

My wife took her truck to them to look at a popping noise in right front tire area. Left the truck there all day, called and said they didn't here any noise. I think they never looked at it. We pick up truck and wife took it back up there the next day and drove it for them to hear the noise. Service worker heard the noise, and made another appointment to have them look at it. Dropped the truck off and they had it all day and we had to call they and they said they needed a special tool to listen for the noise, unfortunately there's was broke and had to order the tool. We this all happened at the end of January and it now late July and haven't heard anything from them. This tool they need was another xx answer. Just another run around about our truck. We have taken the truck to another dealership, and they had us in and out in 1:30 minutes and also did a recall on the truck. And the only think wrong with the popping noise in the front was a loose nut on the suspension. We'll I guess that special tool you needed was to just look at the truck and use your hands. I would trust them to work on my vehicle.

2nd vehicle I have purchased at Sternberg. The stigma of car dealerships is that they are there to make as much money as possible as they can off of you. Exact opposite feeling at Sternberg. From sales to GM to business office, they made me feel very comfortable with complete trust. There was actually a vehicle I was going to purchase that they were cleaning up for me. When they were cleaning, they found an issue with the paint job from the factory........called me and said they couldn't sell me this vehicle. They apologized and found another vehicle with the same options, same everything that I wanted. Any vehicle that I or my family will purchase will be from Sternberg. Kent Foushee, Scott Drury, Dave Mertz - best I've ever dealt with!!

Shop had my car for 1 day. Picked it up and it’s dirty all over the window steering wheel and door. I am upset to see all the dirt they left in my car. They had time to clean it up. They made the mess. Also everything was over priced.

The tech diagnose the vehicle wrong and I was charged 1590 for it and when they did the correction it was only 125.00. Now we are out of 1590. The managers were rude. I was a horrible experience.

Trevor and Damon awesome service writers make sure your s*** is taken care of and the technicians know what the problem is and you couldn't ask for better service writers. Their technicians are great my vehicle was under warranty third party warranty and everything was covered they even found problems that I didn't know that I had and made sure they was taken care of I wouldn't recommend any other service department or service writers to deal with my vehicle at all. These are the people you want to take your vehicle to. They are on top of things yes it took a little longer than what I thought but everything came out great my vehicle is running wonderful and they all did a wonderful job every one of them. I bought the vehicle from them their sales department is also unbelievably nice generous and honest.

We had a great buying experience purchasing our new truck. We found the truck online and contacted the dealership. Donnie got in touch will us and answered all our questions promptly and we then made a 3 hour drive to see it the next day. They were ready for us and the whole purchase experience was so easy. Would definitely recommend them.

Cost me $200 to have my truck looked at and the man helping me was very rude and short with me. They told me they had to add 4 1/2 quarts of oil to it but when I took it to them I had just checked it and it was good on oil. When I got it back it was way over filled. They told me that it had a rod knocking and would cost me $10,000 to fix truck. I declined that and took my truck elsewhere. The mechanic that fixed it ran the codes in front of me and told me, listened to truck and told me it needed a lifter kit. $1200 later and I was driving my truck with no problem. I will never take my truck back to this dealership again.

Steven, I hate to hear this is the experience you had with us. I want to apologize for your visit. We do have a new Service Manager who is working hard to change things around. We hope we can earn your business back. Again, we are sorry for your experience.
