This place is a scam, they do whatever they can do get you to sign and then do zero follow through with the original agreement. This place is a joke, and I would absolutely never recommend it. I bought a car may 2020 and honestly regret giving this place my business. Please go anywhere else

Orr oil change, now have oil dripping
Took my wife's new Nissan to Orr Nissan for oil change. Noticed oil on garage floor. Opened hood, oil is all over motor. I dried as much oil as I could. The worse part of this horrible experience is that I've politely and professional left numerous messages for the General Manager and Service Manager to call me. They have not called back. Recommendation: If you go to Orr Nissan to have your car serviced (which I would recommend you don't), pop the hood before you drive off and make sure they did their job.

DECEPTIVE
Entire process became very deceptive. Started okay, people seemed nice at first but I was pressured to make a fast decision based on lies. All of the numbers were skewed on the final paperwork and everything turned out to be a huge lie. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
