I asked for an accturate equipment list on the Lexus RX 350 I was interested in, so I could make an informed value of the car. Their list, lists items like a removable hard top, a 115v outlet, an Infinity communication package among about 20 other obvious items that do not belong on a Lexus RX 350. I made the mistake of mentioning those facts and that I would have a ASE mechanic inspect the car (I live two thousand miles away) if we could agree on a price and that I was prepared to purchase the car immediately. I never heard back from them.

Showed no initiative when asking about the price. ! xx them then ! Should act like they want to sell a car !

First they send test drive appointment but after i called they said its sold looks like they are scammers be careful with them

This place uses car prices as bait. You get there and then they say it was just sold. Then they try to sell you on other vehicles on the lot. The car was never sold and sent to Texas, a 2020 Fusion Hybrid. I have been called and Text 3 times now from different sales staff ask8ng me if I would like to take that same car for a test drive. Do yourself a favor, stay clear of this place, shady sales staff.

hello id like to take the time to thank chris and diana for getting me into a nice 2019 ford fusion hybrid titanium! =) very smooth easy process to go through and get down and as well as very friendly and point blank if they can get you done or not. I was able to get done with the help of my mom but for the price and as well as the deal on this vehicle and great warranty and as well as shipping and all to me! =). If you do get a car through them please do go to chis and diana as they will go hard to bat for you to get into a car and do their best for you! i promise you wont regret it at all! =) thank you guys!

Wrong information on Toyota Sienna 2010 the website and car information totally different it’s meant they are scamming people I drove there I waste my time ???

The only reason I have them a 3 was the listed truck I was looking at sold two days prior to me calling about it. The “online” person said it was available, however I received a call from an actual person saying the truck had already sold. No harm, no foul, however I feel like the listing should have been removed much sooner. The listing was still active a week after it sold. I DO appreciate the phone call and communication. I’d definitely use them again if they had a truck I was looking for.
