I bought a ford f150, first thing they did was give me a car fax on the car, it said it was not wrecked, come to find out later the car was full of bondo , also the ac system was bad and they did nothing to fix it. so if you buy a car here beware

I bought a Pontiac Vibe from this Dealership and it was a Great Buy. Price Was Fair. I would buy another car 🚗 from them if I needed one. Thank you for being there for me. I was not there longer than 30 minutes doing paperwork. God Bless you and your Business. Sincerely Chuck

Awful experience here. We purchased a Volkswagen from this company for $5000. After driving the car off the lot less than 24 hours it wouldn’t start. We had a 500 mile or 15 day warranty. We got the car looked at and the car needs over $8000 and work which the company did not disclose. We are taking them to court however I want to save anyone the headache of dealing with this company please please please do not do business with this company

We recently bought a 2016 VW Jetta for our teenage son. Lee was very kind and helpful. He did not pressure us at all and went out of his way to help us find a place nearby to get a prepurchase inspection completed on the weekend. The inspection showed that the car needed an alignment, which J&M agreed to take care of. Lee also got us a great deal on new window tint. The purchase process was quick and easy. We waited a couple months after purchasing to write this review and we are very happy with the car.

Todd still works here after multiple complaints of sexual harassment. Horrible experience going here, wouldn’t recommend.

I called and was greeted by the rudest salesperson I have ever seen. I figured maybe he was having a bad day so I went to see the car in person on Wednesday and boy was I surprised. The guy there named " Ace " was very aggressive and condescending. By far the rudest salesperson ever. He started cussing at me and said " buy a car or leave " who says that ? Totally unprofessional. We left and bought a car down the street where we were treated with respect. This place is a joke and Ace is a wanna be bully.

Lipstick on a pig !!! Be VERY, VERY careful and don't believe a word of the description for any vehicle on the lot. Wasted 3 hours of my time and 150 miles of round trip driving. Fool me once...

I was sold a vehicle that does not have working signal lights, headlights, doesn’t lock and cannot read tire pressure among other things. The vehicle was advertised in good condition and things that we were not able to see during the day have come up at night and I believe that Lee Knew these things and still neglected to consider my safety and sold me the car anyway. They do not provide great quality and I would advise you to go with someone else is this would be a bottom of the barrel chop shop type of establishment and I should’ve known better because when we were speaking with Lee, he told us that he had a crazy woman and her husband that were unsatisfied with their car recently and the gentleman was trying to return it, and the police had to get involved… looking back that was a MAJOR RED FLAG cause here I am with a lemon courtesy of J&M!
