I have been on the hunt for a chevy colbalt for weeks now but i couldnt find a dealership that could cut me a break on the price for a used vehicle. i came across bill estes website and saw a 2007 cobalt they had for 7,999. i correspondes with mat via email that same day and he asked me to come in. all of the sales associates were nice and had great customer service skills and directed me to mat. instantly we got straight to business. he didnt try to get me to buy any other car but tje one i wanted. i recommend this dealership and mat as well. i drove off in my 2007chevy cobalt and i love it. thanks mat!

Contacted Matt Westenkirchner 3 weeks ago inquiring about buying a used F150 crew cab 4x4 left him the options. with in a day Matt had a few to look at. The initial 3 I looked at didn't appeal to me. I told Matt I would check back in with him at a later date. This past Friday received a text from Matt with an attached link for a new trade in. Went to look at the truck loved it. From the time I said I wanted the truck to driving it off the lot was 45 minutes. Matt is excellent to work with not pushy and very easy to work with.This is my second vehicle I have purchased from Matt and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle

I Took my 2008 f250 powerstroke to the dealer to have it...
I Took my 2008 f250 powerstroke to the dealer to have it looked at im from out of town and got bad diesel fuel that had water in it, Had them look at it to try to find out what the issue was,they replaced the fuel filters dropped and drained the gas tank and did an oil change.No complaints the service was good on that end, price was decent also.My issue is while the truck was there an expensive diesel battery charger was misplaced hopefully possibly stolen, a tire that had no issues at all with very little wear at all was flat When i picked the truck up.Im not sure if they ran over a screw or piece of metal when they was pulling it into the bays or what but i drove 2hrs before I the truck serviced and it was parked over night there before they did any work and there was no low tires at all so it had to of happened while it was there getting worked on.The last issue is after I got the truck home I noticed a 6 inch scratch on the tailgate that was never there looks as if a large heavy tool was dropped against it or something.I did not notice it at the dealership because the truck was covered in snow and salt from where it was sitting in the lot before I picked it up.Once again the actual repairs/service done was fine but it seems as if they have careless and or dis honest service technicians.When I asked the service manager about the battery charger he said he did not know where it was and id not seem very concerned at all about finding out where it was.I understand if they needed to remove it from the front seat to work on the truck or whatever the reason is but theres no reason they should be losing expensive customer possessions then acting like it is no big deal and could careless.Overall I would not recommend this dealership ive heard of alot worse things happening at dealerships but with the type of employees this dealership apparently has that does not care about being careful to not damage customers cars and property when doing service work it could lead to much larger issues.I will definitely make sure the members of the multiple ford car and truck forums I am a member of know about the type of service I received at this dealership.

Great Service
I came in several months ago looking at used trucks. After not being able to find anything that I was totally satisfied with, Brian suggested I look at new 2013 trucks. His professionalism, experience and understanding of what I actually wanted moved me into finding what I was looking for. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was friendly and asked if I needed anything or had been helped. We appreciate what Bill Estes Ford does for the Brownsburg community and school system and will be loyal to you if we keep getting service like this.
