Bill Estes Ford

I had shopped around for a new 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid and what attracted me to this dealership was the approach of the salesperson, Brian Brickler. He developed in me a sense of trust and he displayed sincerety in his representing information about the vehicle. His confidence in the product is what helped me make up my mind. He never made me feel I was getting a "sales pitch"....I would highly recommend him as a salesperson and also the dealership.

Brian is a great sales person. This is the third car we have purchased from Brian. He remembers us and treats us like family. He doesn't pressure you. Bill Estes hasa great staff and service department. Our daughter and son in law are looking to buy a new car and we are sterring them to Bill Estes.

Very very happy with the price I paid for the vehicle and the service they provided. I feel like I got a great deal. No pressure from them to buy unnecessary add ons or extras. One of the few times when I have been at a dealership and what I was told I was buying and receiving on my trade matched the paper work exactly when I entered the finance department. Tony Lehn was great to work with. He didn't make me feel pressured to purchase at any point. He clearly explained what they were offering me on price and broke it down. I had some questions two days after the sale and he promptly took my call and found the answers right away. I would buy a vehicle from him again.

I drove a long way because of the value and selection of vehicles in stock. The sales person was a pleasure to deal with. My over all experience was great. I'm sure when the main facility is complete the building will match the attitude of the sales staff. I toured many lots over the last few weeks and this one stood out. the only negative I would have is we were told of the things the vehicle had and when we got there it wasn't quite true. (Not a deal breaker just disappointing). And we were told the vehicle had just been serviced but the on board computer said otherwise. But like I said the over all was great!! GOOD JOB Bill Estes and Kyle!!

Nathan did a good job following up with us, meeting our needs, and identifying the best match vehicle. Brandon was proficient with the technology information related to the Sync system. The dealership was very accomodating and friendly.

Matt was an awesome salesman at the dealership. He was not trying to sell me and made me feel very comfortable. This was my first car purchase ever so I was nervous and unsure of the process of everything. He made sure to give me lots of details on the car I was interested in and answered all of my questions. He was very confident and generous and knew what he was talking about. I didn't feel as if I had to buy a car which was nice. It is great when you feel comfortable with a salesman and they don't make you feel pressured. Matt is a great guy and I highly recommend him if you go to this car dealership...you won't regret it :). I worked with Chris when talking about my finances and he really helped me put things into perspective. He was real and honest with me which I really appreciated. He explained everything to me and helped me understand all of the warranties. Overall, I had an amazing experience at the Ford dealership. Everyone I came into contact with was super nice and helpful and very welcoming. They all were friendly with smiling faces, which is always great to see. Thanks so much guys!

Kyle was very nice not a typical cheesy sales guy. He seemed interested in us as a family. We have been looking for a car for a while and he was the first person from many different dealerships to help us. I would definitely recommend Kyle to others. Staci Hendersonbj

When I first considered buying my truck from Bill Estes Ford, I looked online. When I found the truck I was interested in, I submitted an email request. With in 5 minutes, I had an e-mail from Jason Abbott with more information. The next day, Jason called me to come in and see the truck. When I got there, I Jason introduced himself, shook my hand and immediately took me to my truck. I test drove it, loved it and bought it. Jason made sure I wouldn't go over budget and I didn't.
