Bill Estes Ford

This is fifth vechicle that we have purchased from Mike Parham and we could not imagine purchasing a vechicle from anyone else. Mike, Dustin and Greg are the most professional in the business! Even though we had only been in our previous truck for 2.5 months they listened to what we said and found us the truck that exceeds our expectations.

I found a 2011 Ford Ranger Sport on line that I ""really" liked. My Husband and I went to look at it on July 4th. The pictures on line was exactly what the vehicle looked like. My Husband e-mailed the dealership on Friday and then talked to them on the phone. We went to the dealership on Friday July 6th to trade in our 2000 Mountaineer and purchase the Ranger if the price was right. We arrived at Bill Estes at 5 PM and was greeted at the door and talked to Bill for a few minutes and then we took the Ranger for a test drive. They were looking at the Mountaineer while we were test driving the Ranger. As soon as we got back the price that was discussed on the phone was the price that was agreed on the first time. There was no going back and forth and haggling on a price, which made me very happy. Shortly after that we met with Chris and we left Bill Estes shortly after 6 PM. I have purchased a number of vehicles and this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Everyone at the dealership was very nice, friendly and down to earth. I would definately go back to Bill Estes in Brownsburg.

Kyle was very helpful and zeroed right in on what it was going to take for me to be able to purchase my truck: an affordable payment and length of term. It's nice that the dealership has wireless internet. I was able to surf the net while waiting.

Called about a car, drove out to see it, it sold 5 minutes before I go there, Mike Parham called me and appoligized and invited me back and promised to put me in a car that fit into our tight budget. So I gave him a chance and he did just what he promised! We found a car the was better than the one that was sold before we got there. Thanks to Mike P, Dustin and Chris. And they didn't even mind that my 3 year old son was playing in the showroom, and even said he was the best behaved kid they had in their showroom.

I went to look at cars with my daughter at bill Estes ford and met one of your sales men his name was Patrick he was so nice my daughter couldn't get approved but he work on it and didn't take no for a answer he got her approve and got her a nice car thanks Patrick :) I will be sending my family and friend to Patrick ;)

My wife & I had a great experience buying our new F-150 at Bill Estes. Mike was very helpful in helping us choose a vehicle. Chris was great in working with the financing. Everyone was very pleasant & polite.

Thomas was great! He was able to get me a new tire that morning and I was only 30 minutes late for work. He really put me at ease from the instant we talked the night before.

As soon as I met Mike, he was exceptional. His genuine concern for my needs made me feel so confident I was making the right choice. He allowed me to test drive various cars to again insure I was making the right choice. I will definitely recommend Bill Estes and Mike Balkas to all my friends and family...(not to mention he's also not bad to look at either!)

I came into Ford looking to buy a new car and Pat Smith was very helpful. He was very easy going and seemed to know a lot about each of the vehicles we looked at. After test driving a couple models I chose the 2012 escape. Pat made sure we had everything we wanted and kept telling us about sync and how awesome it was and how we need a car with it. Needless to say he was right sync is my favorite thing about my car. I would recommend him to my friends and I will defintly be back to ford in the future.
