First class customer service!! (I loved being able to see the updates or summary of work via text and email, made the process go quickly and efficiently) I was fortunate to have Thomas Schultz as my service advisor specialist, he took great care explaining what service was needed so I could make good decisions. Great Service
I booked appt online and they were kind enough to call me because I wasn't sure I did it right. Today, my service rep Baird was wonderful ~ I will return because of his excellent customer service. Made me feel important, answered all my questions, and was genuine.

Did a nice job on my detail but they could have did a better job inside on the interior and carpet. You would expect better from a dealership.

Routine maintenance
Courteous, accommodating, pleasant to work with. Had oil change completed in a timely fashion. Nice lounge also. Loaner cars are a giant plus. Appreciated the reminder call.

20 miles maintainent service at Maplewood Lexus Dealer
Went in for 20K miles maintainent check up on my Lexus RX 350. Staffs were friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting area is comfortable. Service was excellent. Car was cleaned and washes at every visit here.
